“fabulous in florence”

very friendly staff and fabulous hotel. we were in for a wedding and found the amenities and the room very clean and comfortable. also very convenient to all points florence.

“Great hotel, Good stay, Gross guests”

The hotel is rather new. It's very convenient to shopping and restaurants. We were placed in a room right across the hall from the pool which we were pleased with. However, when we went across the hall to go get in the pool, we realized that their was a family already in it who had a small child with what appeared to be a regular diaper on. Needless to say we didn't get in the pool, and the whirlpool was out of order at the time. We were somewhat irritated (not at the hotel). It's just that people don"t seem to care these days about anyone but themselves. We didn't bother telling the front desk about it (not that my husband didn't want to get them in trouble) because it just wasn't worth the fight. Please be a considerate guest when you go places and remember that there are many other guests who have payed to stay at the same place you did.

We really enjoyed the stay. Was greeted by staff immediately at check-in and checking out. That was quick and painless. The staff were all pleasant and helpful. My one complaint was figuring out that alarm clock (lol) But otherwise the stay was great, the rooms comfortable and very clean. Nice amenities- I wish we'd brought our swimsuits- the indoor pool looked really inviting. I didn't get to do the breakfast since we had to meet other people elsewhere but next time we go back will definitely try the breakfast. Will definitely use this hotel again if and when we get back to Florence

“follow up”

Hot tub was not working during our stay. Pool bottom had broken plaster in it which was a risk for injury. Deep cleaning was being done thus making walking off wet carpet onto tile floors risky. I would recommend in the future that extra towels be placed on the floor so people don't risk falling which my mother in law almost did.

For the most part, this hotel has everything a business traveler will want including indoor pool, hot tub, working facilities, reasonable workout room, breakfast, and comfortable and clean everything.

This hotel was everything we expected and more very clean, comfortable and convenient to everything we needed. The WIFI was fast and easy to use, the bed was very comfortable and clean, the breakfast was nice, and the area of the hotel was very quiet and convenient to any and everything we needed. We were very happy and we will stay there again.

Had a problem with getting the AC to provide a comfortable setting.
