Middle of nowherePosted Jul 11, 2014
Pros: Staff Quiet
Location: Middle of nowhere so on a busy street with nothing there. Breakfast was impossible except at a coffee bar/pub that had a few different pastries.
It was further from the airport than expected. REally only one restaurant in easy walking - PizzaMan but it was ok. Hotel was quiet.

Good place to restPosted Jun 30, 2014
Clean room fresh sheets. Friendly staff. Unfortunately it lacks charm.

Not so nice.Posted May 19, 2014
The afternoon desk attendant (Daniella) was excellent but the evening attendant was arrogant and very rude. A fellow traveller had his room entered and several items stolen. Not again.

Certainly not 4 star. The paint was peeling, bathroom mirror broken and worn woodwork. Tackey best describes it.

Young man at desk was very helpful. Basic, small functional room, close to airport.

Decent hotel, but NOT an "airport hotel"Posted Oct 31, 2013
Pros: The room was comfortable. Bathroom ample. Good hot water.
This was a decent hotel but not an "airport hotel" as both its name implies and the on-line information would lead you to believe. It's 1.2km from the airport and even if you wanted to walk, it's a circuitous path and there are no sidewalks. So I had to take a taxi that cost about $16 for less than a mile's distance! Also, the hotel front desk offered a walk-up call at 5:15 am that they did not perform - only a knock on the door 3 min before the taxi was set to arrive. Luckily I had set an alarm on my phone too.

convenient locationPosted Oct 23, 2013
Pros: location and staff
Cons: beds were too soft and the shower was "unusual"
Location: bus for 1.2 euro that takes you to the center of Florence
Hotel Airport is a convenient place to stay when you are turning in a rental car and catching an early flight. The staff, particularly Monica, was extremely helpful with directions and suggestions. We turned in our car, caught the bus and spent one last night in Florence. She arranged for bus tokens, a wake-up call and called a taxi for us at 5:15a.m. The beds were a bit creaky and old and the shower had a funky 1/3 door, but we got our moneys' worth.

On the outskirts of FirenzePosted Oct 22, 2013
Pros: Pleasant accommodations with friendly and helpful staff
This hotel is a bit out of town and is priced accordingly. We enjoyed our stay and had no trouble with the bus ride in and out of Florence to see the significant attractions.

Nice hotel close to the airportPosted Oct 5, 2013
Pros: Friendly, helpful staff.

Location: Walking distance to restaurants.
Within walking distance of Florence airport. Small fridge in room. Clean.
