The bedding did not appear to be clean. Walls are PAPER thin, you can hear neighbors doing EVERYTHING. The bathroom reeked of cigarettes.

Friendly staff
The staff were very nice. There is a lobby with a TV and couches to use for the Wifi since there was no reception in the room. The mattress was really comfortable & the room was neat and clean.

Hotel was great, price was good, location is kind of a bummer. You can take a cheap bus to get into city center. It takes about 30 minutes. I would book again.

Great price with train to Rome right next door
It's an okay place if you don't mind a small shower where the shower curtain is stuck on you when your showering. Plus the wi-fi doesn't extend to the rooms and the breakfast wasn't very fresh tasting. Free parking was a plus and the lady who with the cafeteria truck at night next door to the hotel (she made the best hamburger in the world and it tasted very Italian)

We arrived in Florence and had to get a train to the hotel which was really far out. Finally we reached the hotel and asked if there was a easier way to get to town and they said there a bus which took about 40 minutes to get into town but stopped at 2300. There was also other problems with the place such as ants all over the shower we were meant to stay for a week ended up staying 1 night.

Everything else could be better then this hotel
First of all basic things doesn't work.. like bathroom doesn't have a lock ..can u imagine that ? Internet has been promised however u can't connect to wifi in your room. Rooms clumsy and small. Instead of this bed and breakfast facilities should be more better. Spend good amount for nothing and even hotel was 9 miles away from city center.

Primitive hotel not functioning well
This is a very rudimentary hotel. The hotel description and room rate supposed to include wifi connection in every room, which was unavailable. I wondered whether it ever has wifi in the rooms or never have the problem fixed once the router broke down. We have four rooms for the group. one of the rooms has no chair, one room has its bathroom light broken, three of the rooms have no shower curtain and the bathroom floor get flooded when taking a shower. The rooms opposite to the street have a balcony with two aircon units mounted on it and are very noisy at night in the summer. The hotel staff are friendly although was not helpful in fixing the problems.

First of all, in the details about the hotel it said near town. On our first day, we were offered a room without a hairdryer, so the next day management changed us to another room with a hairdryer. On taking a shower the bathroom was flooded we called the reception and an old guy came and brought some linen to soak up all the water which ran up to the beds. There was no chambermaid at the time it was around 10 pm. On our third night the management again changed our room to the same one we had before, and they brought a hairdryer for us. I would not recommend the hotel to anyone. Please therefore remove it from your list of hotels. Many thanks

An alternative to Firenze hotels
Free parking. Bus to/from Firenze centre only a few steps away. Nice personnel, English spoken. OK beds. VERY tiny bathroom. Some traffic noise. Mostly pastries on buffet table e.g. no cheese, ham or eggs. Stair case need refurbishing and better cleaning.

We booked this hotel as we wanted to stop just out of Florence. It was old but just presentable, clean but old bathroom. It is waht it is. the price matched the condition. Probably from the 1970's.

should not be on the list at all!!!
Beg bugs, insects, poor condition....etc. we checked in for like 5 minutes and I had to book another hotel for the same night. And we basically ran out of that place right away and we didn't spend more than 10 mins in there. DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL AT ALL!!!! IT SHOULD BE TAKEN OUT OF THE LIST.

This Hotel SUCKS!
This hotel's air conditioning SUCKED because it didnt even turn on properly! I COULD NOT SLEEP ALL NIGHT BECAUSE MY NECK WAS SWEATING! The toilet moved everytime i used it! When i wiped my buttocks, I was afraid the toilet would tip over! I will never come back. The only good thing was that it had free wifi and free parking. The people were nice though.

The room was so small for 4 peoples. No ariconditioned and we were asked to open the window instead. A lot of mosquitos in the room. The stuff all very old. The shower was broken. Poor maintenance.
