Nice Hotel, Great LocationPosted Sep 13, 2014
Pros: Staff were very friendly and the location was excellent
Cons: Mine was a single room but still a old school spring bed for a big boy like myself is not ideal. Put a auto closers on doors to stop them banging
Location: Everything is within short walk, bought some diamond earrings for my partner who couldn't be bothered to meet me there
Had a great time seeing all the sights, lots of walking, loads of places to eat and the town is well laid out

Excellent in all respects!Posted Sep 6, 2014
Pros: We loved everything. Fantastic location, great staff, good breakfast, sun terrace on the roof, it was all perfect.
Cons: We wouldn't want anything to be changed this was perfect for us, exactly what we look for in somewhere welcoming to stay. We loved every aspect.
Location: This is so close to all of the main attractions but retains that lovely private feeling of being away from the tourist hustle and bustle.
Great location close to the river and bridges with easy walking access to all of the main attractions and points of interest. Lovely room, spotlessly clean with plenty of space and a useful mini bar. Staff were all very friendly and helpful providing advice about trips etc. Although this was a short break, only 4 days, we felt at home immediately and when we return to Florence, as I know we will, we would not consider staying anywhere else. We absolutely loved this hotel and the rooftop terrace was the icing on the cake. Missing Alessandra already.

Great hotel, location, and breakfastPosted Aug 14, 2014 on Hotels.com
Family run hotel. Great in all ways. The only criticism was difficult to get to by car (which would be true of any hotel steps from ponte vecchio), of course had to pay for parking, the air conditioning did not work well and had to Gaul luggage up one floor to get to elevator. But the service was fantastic and breakfast first rate.

Very nice experience in FirenzePosted Aug 13, 2014 on Hotels.com
The hotel has a perfect location in Firenze. 10-15 min walk from the train station, 2 min from the river and Porto Vecchio. 5 min walk to the Dome. Good service and nice staff too :) My first choise if I go back to Florence again :)

3 nights in FlorencePosted Jul 9, 2014
Hotel was clean and comfortable, but the staff make the difference. All the staff were very helpful, and Monti was just flat out hilarious... Several of our trip's best memories came courtesy of Monti's unique dramatic conversation. The location is great, and if you don't mind the stairs, it's a no brained. Would did stay here again.

great locationPosted Jul 8, 2014 on Hotels.com
Room was spacious but furniture was a little scuffed. Bed was comfortable. Room was extremely quiet. Breakfast room was very small and the range of food minimal (probably due to the space). Needed to leave the room key whenever we left the hotel - which was a little strange. Elevator doesn't go all the way down to ground level - which is a problem with heavy bags. Excellent access to shops and tourist attractions. Would stay there again - with lighter bags.

Good location, Spacious room, a bit old, but overall a good stay for the price.
