“Nice and cheap but not the hotel I was expecting”

This was not a hotel but a "pensione" - it didn't have room service or a restaurant that I would expect from a 3 star hotel in the UK - but it was very cheap and quite well located. The rooms reflected the price and my only, though it was a big, disappointment was that I was looking forward to sitting in the garden featured on the website, only to find that there was no garden but rooms with terraces that cost extra.
