“Disgusting!”

BAD location - Florence isn't a very big city, and this was close to the train station -- not nearly as nice as by the Duomo. The room was in awful condition - the carpet was disgusting, the bathroom was ridiculously small. The room was large, but crowded with several couches they made in to other beds. The only saving grace of this hotel was the nice terrace and garden. But we did our best not to spend much time at the hotel.

“Good location”

Hotel is in a good location, good breakfast. They can do better for the cleaniness of the room. Not bad. Don't expect 4 star quality in this hotel. Everything is in walkable distance. Staff is not friendly but not rude.

“ewwwwww”

the staff was okay but the room and hotel itself were dirty. we didn't want to stay in our room b/c it was gross. the carpet was so dirty and the shower was disgusting too. i personally had to dust the room because there was so much dust.
