“Totally recommended; Would Return”

If I ever return to Florence (which I totally loved) I would not hesitate to stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly and professional in their matching orange polos, and the decor was the most modern I've seen throughout Europe!! Not smoky smelling at all with a very nice internet studio free of charge!!! On top of that we got free breakfast which was the usual continental with a nice expresso/hot chocolate machine that makes it on demand with a press of the button. Loved it. And even more the hotel is RIGHT near the train station and only a walk away from the main sites. Lots of restaurants nearby also which was probably cheaper than more tourist friendly than some other ones near the center. We never needed to buy transit tickets!

“Third stay at this hotel!”

Great staff; very helpful. Comfortable rooms. Good value. Good breakfast. This is my third stay at this hotel. I would recommend it for comfort and convenience. It's just steps away from the train station. Public transportation is very accessable.

“Very impressed”

The location is extremely convenient, very close to the train station which seems to be the hub of the cities buses as well. It is also where you get dropped by the very good coach link from Pisa or Florence airports, so could not be more convenient. There are a couple of very good restaurants within 150 yards, one almost next door, plus an excellent mini supermarket 50 yards away where you can get just about anything you might need very cheaply. The breakfast is excellent, far better than an average continental breakfast (I really don't understand some reviewers mildly critical comments) The free internet access is very useful with 5 connected terminals for you to use at any time, and although it doesn't seem to be mentioned on the hotels particulars, we had a laptop with us that easily connected to the hotels free WiFi from our room (this was just one of the ordinary rooms, not one of the more expensive rooms). The daily room cleaning and fresh sheets were again excellent and all the staff were very friendly and helpful. If I had to find one thing to criticise it would be the soundproofing between ours and the room above. We never heard much from the rooms to the side, but from above when they were using their bathroom in particular it was quite noisy. This might just have been the layout of our room or the people in the room upstairs, but if I was to stay here again (which I certainly hope to do)I think I would try and get a room on the top floor.

“Great room”

We loved our stay because we got moved to the best room they had as customers of the day. Can't comment on the regular rooms but having a full suite with air conditioning after long days of walking in the August heat was awesome. Loved that Internet is free and available to everyone (5 stations in the lobby). The breakfast room is very hot in August. Great location beside the train station. Lots of shops, good restaurant and a grocery store next door. Great value.

“Highly recommended”

Hotel staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Location couldn't be bettered if arriving by train/bus; as it was only a short walk away. All points of interest in Florence are within walking distance, and it is a very pleasant city to walk everywhere in. Very good value for money; no frills, but clean and very friendly. Breakfast was good with selection of savory and sweet. We stayed for two periods, totaling 16 days; and would gladly book in with them again.

“Excellent Hotel at Budget Price”

We enjoyed our stay in Florence and found this hotel to be excellent value for money. It was only a 10-15 minute walk to major attractions. It was also next to the main train station which was good for any trips as most bus trips picked up there too. The transfer bus from the airport also stopped at the train station. The hotel was very clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. We had a room with a balcony and view of the Duomo and mountains at no extra cost.

“Quite impressed!”

Eventhough this is your typical budget hotel, it was still worth every penny. It was a 2 minute walk to the train station, very convenient for day trips to Tuscany towns. Our room was clean with a surprisingly big bathroom with a tub/shower combination. It faced a very nice courtyard, so very quiet. The breakfast had good selections. Internet was a plus as we were able to check the sites and times. The hotel staff were very nice and helpful, all speaks english quite well. You could check in early and leave your luggages in a locked room by the front lobby.

“Comfortable, Clean and convenient”

How else can I descrive this Hotel? It was comfortable, it was clean and it was very convenient for visiting the whole of Florence. The hotel had everything you'd expect from a 3 star hotel, i.e. the points mentioned above, daily cleaning of rooms, free wifi and helpful staff. The breakfast bar provides basic buffet breakfast which was more than enough for us. The room was a decent size, the bed was big and comfortable and the air con was a great help during the night. Bathroom was clean and had a good shower too. Can't think of much more to say other than this is a good value hotel and it provides the service equivalent to what you pay for.
