Big Room by Italian Standards

Posted Apr 12, 2015
Cons: we like to sleep in a later breakfast would have been better
This is a great hotel. The Hotel is super near the train station...only a few minutes walk. Florence is small and thus almost everything is in walking distance from this hotel.

Wonderful hotel in a great location!!

Posted Apr 8, 2015
Pros: The staff, location, breakfast, afternoon snacks and wine.
Cons: Maybe the TV could have a couple of American stations.
Location: The hotel, all within walking distance, was close to the Duomo, many museums, great places to eat & the train station.
I was extremely pleased with this hotel. The hotel staff were wonderful, so helpful and understanding! The hotel was close to markets, shopping, some great restaurants, train station and museums. I would definitely stay at this hotel again and highly recommend it!

Hotel in zentraler Altstadtlage

Posted Mar 23, 2015

Best little hotel ever!

Posted Mar 23, 2015
This is one of the best smaller hotels I've ever stayed in. It's in the heart of florence 5-8 min walk to the SMN station and a less than 15-20 mins walk to the Uffizi and statue of david. There are lots of little restraunts and a couple of laundramats around the hotel. The hotel was easy to find and so was everything around it. The breakfast was simple but really good and so were te rooms. Small but wonderful and just enough. Everything was clean and well kept but the hotel staff was the thing that made my entire stay. Such wonderful people and really treat you like family. This was one of the best hotels I've stayed at in Italy even though it was small it was the very very best. I am definitely coming back and tellingn others about it!!

Pulito e tranquillo

Posted Mar 21, 2015
Personale gentile e disponibile.

Piccolo hotel in zona centrale. Pulito e curato.

Posted Mar 20, 2015

Decent hotel

Posted Mar 16, 2015
Pros: Closeness to all the landmarks and markets.
Cons: Elevator situation, faster internet, more meat/egg options for breakfast. Also for the city tax, make sure you bring cash as they do not take cards.
Location: Everything is close by. It was the best part of the hotel
This hotel is close to the train station. It is also close to all the landmarks. The stairs to get to the front desk are a pain, but they indicated that they were going to install an elevator at the end of 2015 during their remodeling. This hotel is very close to the leather market and the food market. The staff was excellent. They do have an elevator to get to the rooms once you are in the lobby, but it is an older one that does get stuck occasionally as I found out when I was going down with my luggage to check out.

Hôtel accueillant à proximité du centre ville

Posted Mar 14, 2015
