the hotel is very simple but clean
the only (Very) negative point was the breakfast experience, it seems that the staff was not enough to serve us, the welcoming at the restaurant was very bad, we waited almost 1 hour to be served.
when we entered the breakfast room we were not told hello, the two waiters ignored us. we were served ourselves at the buffet but an employee told us in an aggressive way that we had to sit down and that she would come and take the order.
we had to call her several times because she never came.
Finally they bring us a document to check off what we want to eat but she asks us for it and brings us something else than what we "ordered" (the eggs were missing, and juices were not what was ordered)
It's quite absurd to be welcomed like this in a 4* hotel (even in hotels with fewer stars...)
if the staff is not enough to provide a quality welcome and service, why not let the guests serve themselves at the buffet?
