The Hotel is located in a strategic position: with a pleasant walk along the banks of the Arno from the hotel it is possible to reach the main attractions of Florence; and just 15 min. walking distance from the Train Station of Campo Marte and the nearby sports facilities, in a quiet residential area of Florence sheltered from the bustle of traffic, full of restaurants of Tuscan cuisine, Pub and Pizzeria. The Grifone Hotel has undergone a renovation of all rooms and common areas, we have already intervened in all the Standard and Superior rooms, we will complete the intervention by spring 2023 for the Classic. We have already completed the interventions in the common areas and in the Breakfast Room, and opened the SPA. Your report is absolutely appreciated and will be useful for evaluations in support of the planned intervention. We answer you on the consideration that emerges from your review, you have booked a room without canceling it, not having shown up on the day of arrival, as per the cancellation policy we have charged you the amount on your credit card, if you have notified us in time we would have canceled your reservation without charge.
