The room was the size of a closet The entrance and lobby area were horrible The owner charged us 55 Euros for an extra person and still have us a single super small room The rating of this property are very wrong This property is outdated and needs an upgrade We were catfish with the pictures in your site and we should get a credit I will email you pictures of the property What’s the best email to send it to? Hotels.com neglected to transmit our booking to the hotel. This never happened to us in the past. After initial confusion from the hotel manager when we arrived, he was able to put us in a sister hotel, Hotel Camilla, with a better location. Price was similar. We were grateful for not having to search for a hotel at the last minute. The hotel manager even dealt with Hotels.com on our behalf to get us refunded. This review is on Hotel Camilla. We love the warm breakfast with different kinds of pastry and fruits. The staff were super helpful and friendly. The location cannot be more central to major attractions. We were very happy with our 3-night stay.
