Outstanding hotel with excellent servicePosted Oct 7, 2013 on Hotels.com
I completely know a fact that the outside look of a hotel does not relate anything inside. The tiny hotel have the biggest size of room in all hotels during my European trip. The friendly and warm-heart front desk give us a unbelievable experience in this hotel. The washroom is not big, but have anything you need. The hotel's location looks like not good, but you can take electric train T1 to the city in 5 min. Compare the price of the hotel, I highly recommand this hotel for anyone!

close to public transportationPosted Jun 28, 2013 on Hotels.com
Hotel provided free parking. The parking was not in the hotel premises. But it was not that far from the hotel. Wii fi was suppose to be free but never worked as the signal was very low. Breakfast was good and the rooms were very spacious.

Super Star HotelPosted Jun 11, 2013 on Hotels.com
Older hotel, extremely clean and comfortable accommodations. The staff was very helpful, courteous and friendly. Breakfast was included, simple but excellent service. The hotel is located 3 blocks south of the Batoni metro train stop. Train can be accessed outside the main train station. Would not hesitate to stay at this Hotel La Pergola on our next visit to Florence.

La Perfola is a charming little house about 10 minutes outside of the old city center of Florence. There's probably 8 or 10 rooms and is run by an older couple. The people are helpful and spoke decent English, the owner even offered to make us cappuccino as a part of our included breakfast. The hotel is two blocks away from the electric tram stop Batoni, the tram runs pretty much constantly and offers a quick way to get to the main train station. There's a great little convenience store / cafe (closes early) and also a laundromat by the Batoni station. The only bad part of our stay was that our room smelled quite strongly of smoke and they were not able to switch us to another room. The wifi works but is quite slow. I'd recommend the hotel for its convenient location and decent pricing.
