ok hotel dont expect much

Pros: AC, clean room
Cons: staff change the whole lot...at break fast teh lady was on our head and was making us akward and consicous....
Location: not so near to the train station if you have heavy luggage then bets of luck ....
the staff i think thinks tehy ar eon holiday; the manager is teh most lazy fellow with no authority; the room is small but clean ; AC was good the breakfats was OK nothing special, we requested for packed breakfast as we were leaving early but manager didnt knew how to pack breakfast..hmm that was a surprise; the minibar was empty as they eflt guest dont pay..hmm surprise...the bar was closed as one of their colleague was on vacation..hmm surprise.....i would never rate this as four star..may be 2.5 would be good for this hotel...

Location: The train station is ver close
If you are a light sleeper avoid this hotel as being close to the train station you can hear the trains passing by at night. The staff is very nice and very helpful with everything. The hotel is walking distance from a lot of places. But you have to walk around 10 to 15 minutes to get to downtown Florence.

Was ok. Staff was rude but found that's the same as everywhere in Italy. Was close to train station. A bit of a walk to the attractions. Hotel was bare bones. Paint peeling in bathroom. Tv did not work etc

Pros: Nothing.
Cons: The staff, the rooms, the condition, and the customer service.
When I arrived to my hotel I was told by the receptionist that my hotel was in perfect condition and was ready. When I arrived to my room I was disappointed by the condition of the room, the bed sheets looked old, and the room was really dusty. Being the trooper that I am I ignored it, turned on the AC of the room and left to explore Florence. I arrived to my room six hours later and to my dismay the room was super hot. I went downstairs and told the desk clerk that the AC in my room might be broken. He notified me that all the AC's on my floor were broken and would be fixed in two days. I asked him to move my room and he refused. His exact words were "You already paid for that room, I already have your money, so it doesn't matter". I quickly got on the phone with Expedia and they moved my hotel free of charge.

Very unpleasant experience from the moment we walked in the door. Not what i had expected when booking the hotel. Wouldn't recommend it for travelers not familiar with the area.

The AC didnt work ! Nobody cared about it ! Breakfast horrible! The staff are very unprofessional, the location is not bad, near the train station, but a litlle dark at night ! Look for anotaré hotel , we stayed here 3 nights and dont recommend it even to my enemies
