Safe and convenient!
I was greeted by a friendly receptionist who was very helpful. The room was smaller than I expected but sufficient for a one night stay in Florence! The hotel’s easy access to the train station makes it an ideal place to regroup especially when simply taking a quick visit! The main sites are within walking distance and the place is very secure, considrring the numerous shady characters that wander outside!

Well located close to the train station in a quiet street, very friendly and helpful staff, everything was super clean, nice bathroom and the mattress was the best.

What a fantastic place to stay. I stayed there for 3-nights, and we needed a really late check in, the communication with the reception team was great, efficient. Super helpful team. In terms of location, its also made us to explore Florence, only a few mins walk from the Station as well as the popular tourist attractions. The room was very spacious and modern, also the water pressure on the shower was the best we had across italy! :)

We had a a great stay at this hotel, the Lady in the front desk was really kind and friendly, the room was neat, very clean and spacious, close to all the main see of sight, walking distant to all of them if you are use to walk, close to the trains station, we were expecting mosquito as we read in a review, but we were disappoint didn’t get one. Definitely we will recommend it.

Recommended--great hotel close to train station.
Great small hotel 2 blocks from train station. Beautiful, luxurious rooms. Must climb steps to some rooms but more than worth it. Close to top sights. Gracious host.

We needed a place to sleep before catching the train. The room suited our needs and was a 5 minute walk to train terminal.

Superb value and position
Junior suite room number 103, was fantastic value for a Florence city centre hotel. Situated very close to the main arrival train station, and on the doorstep of the city. it was brilliant. The room was extremely comfortable, beautiful shower bathroom, comfy bed And spare single acting as a couch. Cleanliness was very good. The room is MASSIVE in comparison to the usual Florence room size, for the price. Would HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Exceptional family run hotel, great buffet breakfast, very pleasant and helpful staff including breakfast server. Ideal location 5 minutes from the train station, walking distance to the Domo etc., and 5 minutes to Eurocar and Hertz. Highly recommend!

The location is good and easy. Daily room keeping was ok. But the room was old and not renovated. It didn't have USB charging or outlet adapters. AC wasn't powerful enough.

It is a nice hotel with great location, lot of restaurants around, trains station, buses, supermarkets & meeting point for tours Florence is stunning I really love it! Our room was pretty but too little but it didn’t affect us so we were out and only arrive to sleep Didn’t like that you have to leave the key in the front desk every time you go out & employees are too serious Except one simphatic & smiley man that was at night, he really makes you feel welcome!

Easy walk from train to hotel. Short walk from hotel to sites in Florence. Room was clean and bathroom was renovated. Shower stall is tight squeeze. A/C was barely ok but not cool by USA standards.

Great little hotel in Florence
Stayed one night; price was great. Location was super close to the main train station, and the restaurant next door was amazing food with great prices! The rest of the main Florence tourist sites were a little bit of a walk, though. They offer luggage storage both before and after check-in/out, which is just in the lobby, but saved us quite a bit of $$ not having to use left luggage at the train station. The TV was a smart TV, so we were able to log into our own Netflix account to watch a movie in English.

This is an alright hotel in a good location. Our A/C didn't work when we were there. It turned on but no cold air came out. The hotel staff was fine but nothing exceptional.

We booked 3 nights in this hotel, the room is very very very small, bed is very very very uncomfortable, so we paid 15 Euo more for upgrade the room for the second and third nights. The upgrade room is good, the bed and room are bigger and comfortable.

Nice hotel near the train station.
We booked this hotel because it was a three minute walk from the train station. The room was small but comfortable. We did not get the best views but we hardly were looking outside.
