Fabulous Hotel with old world charm.Posted Feb 27, 2014
This was a fabulous hotel. Nestled in the heart of florence! This hotel had so much history but has been so well maintained! The room was a great size by European standards and the breakfast was lovely.. Would love to stay here again!

Great central location with fantastic staffPosted Feb 22, 2014
Pros: Beautiful building, well maintained with excellent staff
Cons: Can't think of anything!
Location: It is central and Florence is reasonably small for a city. Therefore it is easy walking distance to all the attractions, Duomo, Ponte Vecchio etc.
We have been to Florence before and were looking forward to going back. The hotel is very impressive form the outside and beautiful inside. Even though there was a lot of work happening it was not at all intrusive. We had a small problem on the first night and staff were very quick to offer us another room if we wanted. The breakfast was perfect and staffed by a gentleman who was immaculate and obviously very fastidious. I would certainly recommend it to friends and if we were to ever go back I'm sure we would revisit. Excellent value for money in a prime central location.

Great service and ambiancePosted Jan 26, 2014
Our hotel room looked out to a quaint yet lively square. It was a central location and we could walk everywhere very easily. The beds were comfy and the room itself was spacious to accommodate the four of us. We had a car rental and their valet conveniently parked it for us when we arrived and had it sitting outside the hotel when we were ready to leave. With terrible parking and crazy drivers this was a great plus. I would highly recommend this hotel and am so excited to be able to stay there when we return someday!

A good hotel in a vert busy centre of Florence.Posted Jan 14, 2014
Pros: The atmosphere and style of the hotel was lovely. Location was extremely convenient.
Location: All the key landmarks of Florence, like the Duomo and Uffizi are a short walking distance.
The central location is very convenient. However, on Saturday night we could not sleep because of the continuous noise from the square. It is not a fault of the hotel but perhaps double glazing the windows would help with the noises levels. Wifi was only available through social network, making it less secure. Room comfort and staff were lovely.

Nice hotel in a very convenient locationPosted Jan 14, 2014
The staff was friendly and extremely helpful. The breakfast was good with a fair variety to select from. Our room was spacious and always clean. The location was ideal. Apart from the less than pleasant smell permeating our floor, I'd say the hotel was excellent and worth every penny.

Fantastic! :)Posted Jan 7, 2014
The hotel was beautifully kept..it had a very classy but still cosy with a sort of antique feel to it. The staff were lovely, very HELPFUL and willing. The room itself was CLEAN and COMFY - the only thing I would say is that the room was a bit smaller than the average hotel room I've stayed in; bit of squeeze for my boyfriend who is quite tall but otherwise was perfect. One of the best things personally was the GREAT LOCATION; It was a 5 minute walk from everything which was nice for tired legs at the end of the night. OVERALL 9/10

Best location ever!Posted Jan 4, 2014
Location: You can do all the tourist things, the Churches, Restaurants and shopping....all there.
You cannot beat the location of this hotel, even though you have to go to the 4th floor for checking. The elevators are very small, just 2 people with luggage. Breakfast is very good. Overall a very good experience.

Hotel pendiniPosted Dec 9, 2013 on Hotels.com
Our room was very clean including the bathroom. Considering that florence is a very small city, the location of this hotel is pretty much in the middle and walking distance to any corner of the city. The staff was very nice and was great with recommending for restaurants and etc. breakfast had a variety of food. Overall very good to excellent for this hotel pendini.

Lovely Hotel Centrally LocatedPosted Dec 3, 2013
Pros: I liked its old charm, cleanliness, very comfortable bed, and location.
Cons: The comode in our room was noisy when flushed; as well, the doors to the rooms and the ones entering into our corridor were very loud when being shut.
Location: It's location is within easy walking distance of many of the museums, churches, and nice cafes and shops.
In September of this year, I had the pleasure of staying at your lovely hotel with my daughter as one of the two-day stops on our trip. The location of your property is nicely situated; the staff were pleasant and helpful; our room was very clean; the bed was comfortable; and the breakfast was delicious. Thank you for making our stay memorable.
