“Fantastic Firenze 12-16 Feb 08”

The Hotel staff gave a very warm welcome upon arrival. Our room was perfect for what we needed and was very nicely decorated. The morning breakfast was a very good, simple continental buffet that was more than enough to set you up until lunch, with the waiting staff being very efficient. Hotel Pierre is in possibly the best location in Florence. It is no more than 5minutes walk from 90% of the sites, it is in the heart of the cafes and restaurants and minutes away from the markets and shops. The reception staff are more than happy to call a taxi for you to take you back to the airport (not that you will want to go!) It was a perfect break and a great hotel. If you fancy a trip to Florence then we highly recommend this hotel.

We stayed at the Pierre Hotel several times and I will always stay there. Staff, rooms, service, location. Best ever. Great restaurant across the street. We recommend this hotel to everyone who is going to Florence.

I'd recommend the Hotel Pierre to anyone visiting Florence. It is ideally situated for walking to all of the main tourist sites, has comfortable stylish rooms and friendly and helpful staff.

Right in the middle of the gallery and shopping area. Charming and helpful staff. Couldn't have been better.

If you are driving to this Hotel make sure you have spot on directions - Tom Tom struggled to get us outside... Once there then valet parking is 28 Euros a day! Hotel was in a perfect location and the reception was well run and friendly. Our room was clean but a bit on the small side with no views at all (I don't know if any rooms could have an outlook because of its position) and the en-suite good, it may pay to upgrade a bit. Breakfast was enjoyable with very good service.

“Would definitely go back to the hotel if in Florence again”

The hotel has a great central location the staff were extremely helpful. Spoke and understood English well. The buffet breakfast was very enjoyable and set us up for the day nicely. The room was airconditioned which we were very grateful for as the temps tipped 95 outside.

“Hotel Pierre Florence”

We had a great city break in florence staying at the Pierre. It is really central and a lot of the sights were only a short walk away. The staff were very helpful - especially when we lost our one-day bus pass - they spoke to the operators and issued us with a duplicate. Nice rooms - great bathroom. One small thing to improve was breakfast which could have been more exiting! But we would recommend and may re-visit.

“Great Florence hotel in great location”

I was travelling on my own and this hotel is perfect for solo female travellers. It is right in the heart of Florence, near shopping, the market, cafes, and a short walk from the big sights -- I would stay here again for sure. The staff were all super friendly, the room was excellent, the the breakfast great (chocolate croissants...yum). There is no room service food but that is no worries as there are so many great places to eat, open until late, you won't need room service! It isn't the cheapest place to stay but worth the spend as a treat. I WILL return to Firenze and will stay here again.

“Excellent hotel in a great location”

The Hotel Pierre is an excellent hotel; its location is ideal as it is only a few yards from the Piazza Della Repubblica meaning that all of the sights are in a short walking distance. The staff are friendly, they can arrange tickets for the Uffizi, and it's generally a really good place to stay.

“Loved it!”

The location is unbeatable! Right in the middle of everything. It is walking distance from all the main sites. The staff was wonderful, courteous and very helpful. The room very spacious and charming. I loved the hotel, and if I go back to Florence, I will stay there again.
