Classy higher end hotel steps from sightsPosted Jul 5, 2015
Pros: Access to sights without being on top of them.
Location: We walked to the Museo Ebraica, Florence's Jewish temple, and from there all the sights.
Rapallo sits just outside the well worn tourist trails, so it's a great location to restore yourself after sights and senses. Lovely continental breakfast, good restaurant recommendations, all in all a well curated experience.

Excellent value in north FlorencePosted May 31, 2015
Pros: Clean, quiet, pretty, great value, nice staff.
Cons: Satellite Sky TV didn't work, but we weren't there to watch TV.
Location: Near a wonderful retail and eating street, Via Faenza, with a vibe fueled by the area's universities. Easy walk to major attractions.
Room seemed recently upgraded with modern features and noise-reducing door and windows. Firm but comfy mattress, extra pillows, big bathroom, bottled water included for no charge. We missed the breakfast to catch an early flight, but the free afternoon snacks were thoughtful and yummy. Helpful, attentive staff. Wifi included that was actually fast, unlike many DSL wifi in Florence. Near a wonderful retail and eating street, Via Faenza, with a vibe fueled by the area's universities. Easy walk to major attractions such as Santa Maria Novella and the Duomo.

Sehr empfehlenswertPosted May 31, 2015

Pros: Helpful staff - wonderful amenities
Location: A short walk from the major sites e.g. Duomo
Recently renovated rooms were just beautiful and comfortable. Location was close to train station and Academia Galleria... just a short walk to other sites. We would stay here again!

Bright comfortable hotel.Posted May 1, 2015
Pros: Location,decor and staff.
Cons: The rooms are smaller than the images suggest, but hey you are only sleeping in it. Other than that - no need for improvement.
Location: Walking distance to all main attractions. We didn't use a taxi at any time.
Fantastic time in Florence. The hotel was fantastic. Bright, modern and staff that made you feel welcome. only about 10 minutes walk to the centre and away from the noise , hustle and bustle. No need for a Taxi from the main train or bus station. Take a left as you exit the station and its a straight walk. Breakfast choice very good for continental breakfasts and you don't feel like you have to get dressed up in the hotel like others we have been to. Staff warm and friendly and the beds are Very!!!!!!! comfortable and clean. Book, you will not be disappointed.Location, decor
