“Perfect location”

At first, we weren't sure about the hotel - especially, since when we got there, our room wasn't ready for us. However, the nice and extremely helpful staff make up for everything else. There was always someone at the front desk, ready to help - offering coffee, assistance with finding places to eat, you name it! If you have a good map of Florence, you'll have no problems finding the hotel. Just follow the google maps directions - all of the streets are clearly marked with a plaque on the corners. The location was great! It was very close to everything, and all the main sights are within walking distance. We had a room upfront - so, it was a bit noisy from the street and the sign of the hotel was shining into the room, but, a book in the back will probably be better.
