“Great hotel in Florence”

This hotel is great value for money in Florence. The room was clean, comfortable and spacious. The continental breakfast was good and staff very friendly and helpful. The hotel location is perfect for access to train station for excursions and easy walking into the city for sightseeing.

“Sempione in Florence was good value”

The staff were very helpful, helped us skip queues and booked taxis and made suggestions. The room was spotless and a decent size, the bathroom enormous, the bed comfortable and the windows double glazed. The location was very convenient and close to the station and buses to anywhere and most sights were an easy walk. Breakfast (continental) was fresh and filling with great pastries. Only missed fruit, at hotel and anywhere else in town. Only small problem was that the room next door's bathroom was through the wall and their showers were noisy. Very pleased with the hotel and the price was really reasonable.

“Met all our needs at a very reasonable price”

Enjoyed our stay at the Sempione - room was in quiet location at back of hotel and had a small terrace where we could relax after a hard day's sightseeing. Cleanliness excellent. Bathroom on the small side, but shower was excellent. Did not require air conditioning so cannot comment on its effectiveness. Breakfast was good with friendly staff.

good location, pleasant staff, nice and clean room. Cons: no working computers onsite, always humid in room, staff reluctant to make museum reservations for us. Overall nice stay though!

Very comfortable, reception staff helpful making reservations for uffizi etc. Plenty of eating places within short walking distance , nice bar next door ( free snacks on bar in evening to pick at while having a drink & people watching ). Breakfast not large but o.k. could benefit from some fresh fruit.

Small hotel in the center, 10-15 minutes walk from the Dom. Friendly staff. Breakfast is good, thought the variety of meals is not huge. Room was clean. The bathroom was probably bigger then the room itself. The room looked to a street, if you kept the window open you could hear the traffic. It is good value for acceptable price.

The hotel was centrally located which was a hige bonus. It was very clean and a very reasonable price. Breakfast room a little squashed but the staff were very polite and efficient. 10 out of 10 all round
