“Great PlaceTo Stay”

The Hotel Silla is a great place to stay. The staff were fantastic, pleasant and really helpful - nothing was too much trouble for them. The location was good - just on the south side of the Arno and within easy walking distance of all the main places of interest. Our room was clean, comfortable and quiet - if we return to Florence we would most definitely stay here again and would recommend the hotel Silla highly.

“Great old building in a nice area of Florence”

We enjoyed our stay. It was a great location for walking to all the places we wanted to visit. We did have a issue with the toilet seat and the management was quick to solve the problem. The continental breakfast was just fine and more than enough. Walking in Florence can be a little scary.

We were happy with the location, service and the fact that this hotel had a garage!

“Silla ?”

We would not stay here again. But, the location is great for a quieter side of Florence. The breafast is nothing special. The beds are short. The headboards are dirty. When the only light in the bathroom went out at night I had to go tot he from desk was told it was not an emergency. After staring in disbelief for a moment the gentleman decided to replace the bulb for me.
