Pros: Location and ambience
Location: Eat and drink and be happy
This is our fifth visit to Tornabuoni Beacci and it keeps getting better-have referred numerous friends and they love it and keep coming back-great the way that Tornabuoni is now essentially a pedestrian street

Fabulous Florence Hotel.Posted Nov 26, 2013
Lovely stay at this hotel for the 2013 Florence Marathon. Perfect location for all the sights - right in the middle of the city. Staff were lovely, super accommodating and helpful with everything from restaurant bookings to search for lost property. Rooms were large, beds were comfortable and facilities were clean. Breakfast was also very pleasant!

Brilliant locationPosted Nov 6, 2013
Pros: The way it was decorated, very pleasant, lots of character. I was able to see 4 bedrooms all of which had their own individual features.
Cons: The lay out of the breakfast room very little space between tables
Location: Lots to see and do
Beautiful city, wonderful location. Hotel was a short walk from most of the sites we wished to visit. People very friendly and helpful, food and wine excellent. The only thing I would like to make people aware of, is if taking a train with suitcases, and are asked by men if you would like help onto the train with them, once on the train they ask for between 5 and 10 euros, do not fall for this.

I had a very nice stay at this hotel. Very modernized. The staff were great. Was not able to get my WiFi to work even though they said they had it.

Cons: the bathrooms
Location: terrific location, wonderful shops to look at with very interesting side streets round about.
We loved the location, roof terrace and helpful staff.Bathroom very small.Would request larger bathroom if we return. Very easy to get to train station and on to airport. Very good restuarants nearby which we loved.

Pros: Location Style Staff View
Location: We walked to everything....shopping, attractions, restaurants galore......perfect.
We loved everything about this hotel...it's in a great location and could walk to everything... felt like we were in someone's home for a few days...beautiful high ceilings and cute nooks and crannies everywhere...antiques and felts like an old style italian mini-mansion!! we loved how we were able to use the roof top terrace and eat our breakfast there and get an amazing view....had our drinks at night there as well....pigeons are brave but we didn't mind them, the staff go out of their way for you....its an older style place but we love that....no complaints, in fact it was our favourite place in our 2 week vacation in Italy...would recommend, we are a couple 50 years old...
