A hotel right in the hustle & bustle of the city!Posted Sep 9, 2014
Pros: Fantastic staff (receptionist), fridge, crockery & cutlery and a washing machine available to use
Cons: I felt the walls just needed a brighter touch (paint), and a light in the entrance corridor to the rooms
Location: Literally EVERYTHING in terms of sight-seeing & restaurants / atms are within walking distance. Piazza Michelangelo & Fiesole is the only exception
It was located in a superb street & part of the city. I loved how everything was within walking distance - and I felt very safe too in this location.

Hotel in the heart of FlorencePosted Jun 26, 2014
Very good location, close to the train and the duomo. The beds were not very comfortable though and the wifi only worked in the hall. Overall it was fine, very inexpensive for that area!

Great place to stayPosted Jun 1, 2014 on Hotels.com
Very welcoming staff, well located and comfy room. Bathroom a bit small but served the purpose well. Will use again on a return visit. The breakfast is well worth the €3 in their partnered hotel!

Very bad...Posted Apr 6, 2014
Uncomfortable, damp dingy and cramped. Terrible place... Not worth the price... Only thing good is the location but I am sure one can find better hotels in the same area and for similar price. Highly avoidable.

Great locationPosted Nov 16, 2012
Pros: Location and breakfast
Cons: The bathroom
The location is excellent. We could walk all over the central city from the hotel. The room is very nice except our bathroom was very small and you had to go up two steps to get to it. The breakfast was very substantial and we had a great start for the day. The staff was very helpful and informative. They spoke pretty good English and we had no trouble communicating with them. The computer in the lobby is available for use. We had a wonderful time in Florence and were able to see a great many things in the city. So many museums and such great architecture. Some wonderful meals were also had. Florence is a great place to purchase leather goods. Many designer stores were near by. Be sure to try the Crema Di Melone, much better than Lemoncello.
