“Unsatisfactory bathtub condition”

Room was satisfactory, however, bathtub did not have non slip strips. It was very slippery and I fell on my tailbone while taking a shower injuring my tailbone and elbow. It continues to be very painful and feel the hotel should hae been aware that these strips are necessary. We did notify the hotel clerk when we went in for breakfast.

“Convenient from Highway. Clean Room”

Room was clean & beds were comfortable. Shower had great water pressure & was hot. Bathroom was extremely small. Door barely able to close past toilet. The pool was really dirty though. it was cloudy from over chlorine. And tiles were in desperate need of scrubbing to get dirty film off. Staff was friendly in morning during breakfast & checkout. Bagels but no cream cheese. But there was fresh fruit. Very convenient off highway. would stay again but not use pool. Perfect stopping point from south Florida to Kitty Hawk, NC

Area recommendations

Darlington Raceway Museum was great. Good, informative displays. Also had Hudson Hornet featured in Disney Cars movie which my kids thought was amazing

“"Pound for pound best stay in town"”

We were very pleased with the hotel stay. Everything was clean and in working order. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Thank you fir helping to make our trip more pleasent!!!

“OK for the price”

The room was somewhat smaller than usual with oversized furniture making for a cramped feeling. Other than that it was good for the price.

“Nice and simple”

Clean rooms. Good Service. Quiet location. I would definitely come back to this hotel. Hassle free. I would recommend it if you want something quick and simple. Mcdonalds and a gas station right across the street for the people that are driving thru.

“Nothing to complain about”

It's a HoJo right off the interstate for a reasonable price. Had a clean room, clean bathroom, and clean towels. Nice guy who ran the place - the continental breakfast left more to be desired, but I got a bagel, cereal, banana, and juice. Fuel for getting back onto the road quickly.
