Arrived 1130 pm. Hotel closed for rennovation. Small sign directed us to sister hotel 20 minutes away. Thst hotel was also closed and no way in. Expedia, do a better job !! Found a room at Marriott at 2 am.

We loved it. Little far from the station but the bus service is right in the gate. So very convenient. Also, the staff is very helpful.

Good Hotel if you are going for businesses. If you are going for vacation without a car definitely no. Faraway from the historical center and train station. You have to take 2 buses and ride for more than 1 hour or take a taxi and pay in between €22 to €35 depends on the traffic. Nothing to do around the area. It is an industrial zone. Breakfast buffet is very good. Bathroom not to clean, they can improve. Service was great and staff amazing.

Great service and friendly personnel
We chose this hotel due to location to the airport. Although they mention a shuttle service, it is not free. The hotel room was comfortable and contained a safe, minibar, full bath. Service was wonderful with everyone going out of their way to make sure we got a cab at 3 am for our very early flight. Breakfast is included (but we left too early to attend. The night clerk got us tea and coffee accompanied by Italian pastries. There are restaurants nearby, but we decide to take a cab after experiencing Italian traffic.

Nice but far
The hotel is nice and clean the annoying part is the lack of transportation options if you don’t drive. 1 bus every 30 mins roughly. That’s where the headache begins. You have to find a place to buy a bus ticket and no you can’t pay on the bus like any other normal first world city... anyways takes roughly 45 -60 mins to get to central’s Florence and the last bus is at 845pm! So no night life experience because you’ll have to pay close to 40 euros one way! Which is just insane for being located only 11kms from Florence SMN! Also there is a City tax on top of the hotel I already paid for and the taxes I already paid. That hidden fee is a bit of a piss off after paying 240$ a night! The hotel it’s self was clean and well cared for. Breakfast was good and it was peaceful at night

Very nice hotel but far away from Florance. You need to take one but and tram to reach the city. Taxi takes 30 euros. I was dissapointed the last minute while checking out 10 euros per night City Tax was not included to the price... For Florance tourists better to pay 40-50 euros more to stay nearby the city..

Great for what I needed!
Friendly, helpful staff. Good size room and very clean. Breakfast was poor. The juice tasted like orange coloured water. Room was quite hot at night. Great access to the A1. Good wifi. I would stay again without breakfast!

Outdated decor, pillows very flat, bed very low to the ground, not much space to put up your luggage, bathtub floor was dirty couldn't take a bath, bathtub was very high off the ground hard to get in and out of, no bathtub door only a small half of a glass door so water squirted out everywhere onto bathroom floor which made it slippery, in an industrialized location, no where to really to go for a nice walk. But staff at front desk were very nice and helpful and breakfast was great too.

Decent for overnight stay
Hotel right by the motorway. Stayed as an overnight stopover. Simple room and amenities. Breakfast was OK. Couldn't adjust air conditioning temperature but worked fine. People kept knocking and pestering us in the morning wanting to refill the minibar/clean the room despite there still being a good hour and a half left till check out. Reception staff spoke little but enough English. Ample parking space.

Close to metro station
Hotel staffs are professional and friendly. They speak English well. The hotel is very close to the Metro station. There is a small supermarket across the street. Very handy. The buffet style breakfast is good. The waiters looks professional and polite.

The hotel is nicely located if you drive a car as it is close to the highway and the tram. The hotel is outdated . The water pressure is weak . The complementary brekfast is poor in comparision with Holiday inn express in Bologna or Rome East . There is no north American plugs, si if you have multiple devices to charge you need many adaptors . The check in is very slow but the staff is very nice .

Our Non-smoking room smelled of smoke and the smells gave us a head ache. Very plain and dreary interiors compared to the online pictures. Not as nice as we thought it looked.

This hotel is incredibly far out of the way from Florence. It is literally a 10 minute drive from the airport and the taxi cost me €27 euros and their shuttle is €30! It is cheaper to stay in the center and have beautiful surrounds because this hotel has nothing around it! No food, no grocery, no shops. The bus stop is really confusing to get to and it took me over an hour to get into the city. The rooms were average but I would not recommend it!

Dominico at the Reception was awesome!! My husband and I rented a car from Rome to travel to Florence and back. We mistakenly drove into town (Florence) and picture of car license was taken. The GPS directs u to go thru one of the archways into town. Once u passed thru 1 of these archways with cameras, u are supposed to park in town in one of the many garages (inside of town). The rates are 11 euros 1st hour and 5.5 euros every hour after. We didn't know and drove right out of town & headed back to hotel. On the way we "bumped" into an English speaking lady on bicycle, who told us we were going the wrong way on a one-way street. (The GPS sent us down that route too! In many occasions, we found the GPS directing us down wrong roads or giving us the run around. It probably had not been updated for the longest time.) Well, Dominico took the time to explain that in order to "erase" the fine (lady in bike said that she was fined more than 200 euros, by mail) we must go into one of the garages INSIDE the town (yes, you will have to go thru any of the archway cameras, again). Talk to attendant and he will bring info of yr car license on computer. You can pay him 10 euros to erase your car info from computer or go ahead & park in garage paying the rate I mentioned above. It will then be erased without having to pay the extra 10 euros. Wished there's a website that explains these so that we will not be caught like that.

Hotel 2 blocks from Forence Prison!
Hotel had NO HEAT Shower Leaked room Phone was "Out of Service" TV audio,had a loud "hum" louder that the program audio. No WIFi in Room as advertised...only $5 Euro per hour in the Lobby tiny Room, Small TwinBed 45 Minutes from Town, and NO TAXI SERVICE to hotel after 9 pm because of the hotels location Only 2 water bottles in the mini bar, at $2.50 Euros each receptionist was Not accommodating and spoke little to No English with a simple response of I can't help you, this is the way our hotel is. Why is this Hotel rated 4 Stars?

one night stay for business trip
stayed here as its near to the office i was visiting, not picturesque at all , if you want that go into Florence. Staff very helpful and friendly. Rooms clean slight mix up when checking in as the room they tried to put me in already had someone in it. Soon sorted all good.

the shower drain was plugged up, the lady up front was not friendly and the shower hose was broken. I paid for free internet but they want 5 euro for hr to use it in the lobby and 12 in the room, the lady up front was very rude.
