Loved our stay at this hotel. Rooms were beautiful, location was perfect, and staff was very nice and accommodating. The breakfast was also delicious. I would recommend this place for anyone staying in Florence!

This is a lovely little boutique hotel. Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful; and the location is perfect—right on the side of the Piazza Della Signori.

Wonderful historic atmosphere in this 13th century house with beautiful antique furniture and pictures. Very helpful and friendly staff, comfortable bed with proper sheets and right off the Piazza Signoria. Highly recommend for those who like traditional character and charm.

We rented a two bedroom two bath connecting rooms. The place was really nice and comfortable. Conveniently located, great views, a big dining area. Freshly made breakfast is served daily, personalized to the guests preferences. Staff is very nice, helped plan our entire stay with a map and recommendations of places to visit. Highly recommend.

Perfect B&B in the heart of Florence. Great staff and breakfast. We had a 5am taxi pick up for the airport which was done by the staff and at 4:50am we get a knock in the door to take our bags down stairs. What service!

Loved our room and stay. It’s in the middle of everything, right around the corner from Uffizi gallery. There is also a stow away baggage area nearby, if you get in too early. The train/metro station is about a 14 min walk. The breakfast is amazing, and they can bring it to your room upon request. The staff was helpful and friendly. They have a small elevator for your luggage and for one person to get on. You have to take the stairs for the rooms.

Beautiful Florence Getaway
This family-run hotel provides exceptional and personalized service. The home-cooked breakfasts and cappuccinos are outstanding. The hotel is centrally located. The rooms are spacious. Umberto and his staff assisted with recommendations and restaurant reservations. We recommend this hotel for a great time in Florence.

This was a lovely gem right in the Piazza. The breakfasts were delicious, and the staff was wonderful. I will definitely be returning to Residenza d'Epoca.

This was our best stay in all of Italy. Sebastian, Giorgio, and the entire team were welcoming and respectful. They went out of their way to make us feel at home. We loved the apartment where we stayed. The delicious breakfast and the good company with other guests was so nice. I highly recommend.

We stayed here one night as well as it was convenient to Rome airport. Very nice pool area and food was great but their were limited options and nothing was close either walking or by taxi.

Our family of three had the best experience with our one night stay. The staff are amazing. The breakfast was beautiful and substantial. The location was perfect-tons of shopping and dining in short walking distance. We highly recommend this boutique hotel.

Everything about our stay was perfect. We had the Michelangelo room with view of the piazza, it was very spacious, clean, and had everything we needed. Location 10/10 in the center of Florence walking distance to Ponte Vechio, Duomo, shopping, restaurants and many other locations. Taxi from Airport dropped us off right in front of the Hotel door. The owner was amazing, very friendly and knowledgeable, spoke great English and gave us lots of recommendations. Not to mention it has a free bar for all guests and breakfast was amazing, felt like we got invited to eat at his home giving us the opportunity to meet the rest of the guest and make some friends 😊 highly recommend!!
