“Very comfortable Old World Italian experience”

Was looking for a reasonably priced, charming Italian hotel and read the review of Panella's on Expedia. This one of the cleanest places in which I have ever stayed. The staff was polite, professional, and helpful. The building was really charming. So glad I spent two nights here.

From the moment we arrived at Panella's Residence, our hostess Graziella treated us like long lost family members. We felt welcome from the moment we arrived. Our room was spotless and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and served in a charming space which provided a lovely send-off for our day. Graziella regaled us with many interesting stories while we filled up, and was happy to help us with necessary reservations for our day's visits. When we returned to Florence after a week of travel, Panella's Residence was booked up, but Graziella found us comfortable and affordable accomodations right next door. I would recommend Panella's without hesitation to anyone looking for a stay in a unique and conveniently located B&B. Truly an accommodation with warmth to match is history.
