Lovely hotel, close to Ponte Vecchio

Posted Jul 24, 2015
Pros: Clean, good sized room and bathroom, lovely helpful staff, great breakfast with lots of choice, very quiet at night despite proximity to busy area.
Cons: Free wifi for whole of stay. Tea/coffee tray in room as standard.
Location: See above. All major Florence attractions well within walking distance.
This was an ideal hotel for a stay in Florence. Just a few yards from the Ponte Vecchio, so very handy for all the tourist attractions.

Exploring Florence

Posted Jul 17, 2015
People were friendly and accommodating, food was amazing and well priced. Preferred Florence over Rome (very unwelcoming city that treats tourists as an inconvenience) and Venice where I was not impressed with food or culture.

Noise level high but worth it.

Posted Jul 15, 2015
Pros: Great restaurant with wonderful views.
Cons: Gelato shop patrons could be less noisy after 2:00 A.M.
Location: Location is close to most major sights and shopping.
Stayed 4 nights and ate in restaurant 2 nights which is saying a lot as Florence has great restaurants. Rooms are small but modern and clean. Wife left shoes in room which were never found?

Great location

Posted Jul 14, 2015
Pros: Great place, rooftop terrace serving lunch, dinner & drinks with lovely view of the city. Two small kittens (Gin and Tequila) were gorgeous to.
Cons: Lift could be a little quicker !
Location: Right in the heart of things so superb location.
The hotel is minutes walk from the Uffizzi and most of the sights, including the Palace. Nice to pop back and shower during the day in what we're pretty high temps. Food in the hotel was great especially the Wild Boar stew...lovely.

1인실방 정말 너무하네

Posted Jul 13, 2015

Location: The location was ideal for every attrachtion
We had a fabulous stay here, the location was amazing, just off the Vecchio bridge - so convenient for all attactions. The staff were amazing and so helpful - especially Marco - couldn't fault the place. Breakfast was lovely - loads of it and it was really nice to eat outside on the terrace with lovely views of the city

Awesome! Great location.

Pros: Elevator for all our luggage, great restaurant for breakfast and dinner. Our location could not have been better, easy to walk every where.
Location: Out our hotel door, across the street, was the Ponte Vecchio Bridge beautiful!!!!, Would love to go back one day...
We have a wonderful time here, when we walked in the front reception area, The guy behind the desk looked like a magazine cover of an Italian opera singer. He was very nice to us, we were without sleep with jet lag..... Room was cool and comfortable. We hit the road early the next morning.

Brilliant Location

Posted Jun 21, 2015
Pros: Location and the fact that it was pretty quiet
Cons: Staff could be friendlier and a bit more helpful and something should be done about the pigeons eating food from the tables at breakfast
Location: Everything is within walking distance, including the train station
This hotel is in a brilliant location 10 minutes walk to the Duomo and 5 minutes walk to the Pitti Palace. The bedrooms are fine and, considering how central the hotel is, there was no problem with noise from the street. The hotel staff were courteous rather than friendly and the breakfast was ok rather than great - if you take a table outside beware of the pigeons eating your food whilst you are using the coffee machine ! However, I would definitely recommend this hotel
