Excellent place to stay!Posted Nov 13, 2013
Pros: The room was stylish, large, apartment like, very clean and comfortable. The bathroom was great, it was attractive and hot water was plentiful.
Location: This hotel is perfectly situated near everything in historic Florence, Italy. The Ponte Vecchio (bridge), waterfront, Duomo, museums, and restaurants.
This hotel is perfectly situated near everything you want to see and do in historic Florence, Italy. The room is a suite, so there is a small kitchen, sitting room, bathroom and bed, which makes it perfect for a longer stay or if you have a child. The staff were very nice and told us about some wonderful restaurants, gave us a map and helped us route all our site seeing. I would certainly stay here again if I came back to Florence.

Nice hotel close to Ponte VecchioPosted Nov 13, 2013
Really pleased with the hotel. Nice staff, excellent location (walking distance from Ponte Vecchio), modern rooms, overall it was more than what you expect for the price paid. My only critic was the breakfast, I don't think that what you are served is worth the price charged. But apart from that, I would definitely go back!

Close to everythingPosted Oct 22, 2013
Pros: breakfast in bed, rain shower, clean & modern.
Cons: The shower drainage is due for a plumb cleaning. It drains quite slow and couldn't handle the rain shower head.
Love the in-room breakfast and close to major attractions such as Ponte Vecchio bridge, Duomo, shopping, restaurants, and the best gelato in Italy that we've had (Trinita Gelato next to Trinita Bridge).

Excellent hotel and locationPosted Oct 18, 2013
Pros: You receive such a wonderful welcome when you arrive, the rooms are wonderful every little detailed is considered.
Cons: More ironing boards
Location: The location is perfect very central but not at all noisy at night cannot fault the location
After a terrible hotel experience in Rome I was very nervous about our Florence Hotel. However what a relief it was fantastic, our room was lovely and modern and the staff were so attentive and the location was perfect. This was by far the best hotel we stayed at in Italy and the cheapest. I cannot recomend this hotel enough.

Lovely hotel in great locationPosted Sep 16, 2013
Pros: Spacious suite, quiet location but close to major attractions. Would definitely stay here again
Location: Hotel located in a side street 5 mins from the Ponte Vecchio. Duomo, Uffizi, Accademia and lots of shops and restaurants all very close by.
Spent a wonderful 3 night weekend break in this beautiful city. Perfect weather and lots to see and do, so much so that we didn't have enough time for everything, so we will have to return. Cannot wait.

Wonderful stayPosted Sep 9, 2013 on Hotels.com
Ponte Vecchio Suite and Spa is an amazing Boutique Hotel. We loved our stay. The suite was very big for Europe standards, the bed comfortable, small kitchenette, Nespresso machine which was fabulous. There are only 8 rooms making it very personal. The reception staff is on site only for part of the day, so if you wish to have constant service, this might not be the right place for you. Breakfast is delivered to the room every morning, very nice. Quiet and restful place. The staff at the reception is amazing. The neighbourhood is great, good restaurants around and walking distance to all the city's iconic places. Will absolutely go back there the next time in Florence.

PerfectPosted Sep 3, 2013
Pros: Everything was perfect - the position of the hotel to the Ponte Vecchio, the room & Staff were fantastic.
Location: The hotel is situated very close to the Ponte Vecchio bridge, on this side of the river are some fantastic little restaurants.
Just returned from Florence & I can honestly say that it has been a wonderful trip. The Ponte Vecchio suites are situated perfectly near to the Ponte Vecchio bridge. The rooms are something else, what a lovely surprise when we entered, beautifully presented and the suite felt spacious. The staff were great too, we were helped to get tickets for a local operatic group that performed La Trviata in a local church - A perfect way to spend our wedding Anniversay. Would definately stay here again.
