Fabulous little hotel. WOWPosted Sep 19, 2014
A quaint small hotel. Very high standards new and clean they even had a little kitchen. The front desk was a pleasure to deal with and very helpful Literally 50 yards to the bridge. Great location for walking anywhere to eat, wine bar, etc

Very central to shopping and tourist attractions.Posted Sep 1, 2014
Pros: The central location.
Cons: Given there are only 8 rooms, it's totally different than a full service hotel.
Location: The restaurants, shopping and walking were fantastic.
The boutique hotel was nice, but personally I prefer a full service hotel that are there 24/7. I must say though the bathroom was completely spotless, with a lovely full tub and shower.

Beautiful place to stay. We will be backPosted Jul 27, 2014
Pros: Nice rooms, comfortable on all fronts, quiet and pleasant staff. lovely spot.
Location: downtown 5 min away. great spots to eat and shop just outside your front door.
The rooms are new with great use of space. The hotel staff was delightful and very helpful. Room was quiet with lots of storage and space to move. Furnishings are very nice with a very comfortable bed. The hotel is close to all that florence has to offer but not in the centre of the busy area. Downtown is only a 5 min walk over the golden bridge. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will be staying here again.

Our stay from June 30-July 4, 2014Posted Jul 17, 2014 on Hotels.com
My Wife and I stayed in Florence and toured the Tuscany area for three days. The start of our trip was flawed by the lack of our luggage arriving from Chicago caused by Air Berlin's staff in Chicago. Our luggage did not arrive until the evening before our departure. The staff of Tatiana and Elena went to work on our problems. Through their contacts and great efforts the bags were located on July 2nd at the Florence airport and delivered late afternoon on the 3rd of July. We left the hotel at 9am on the 4th to catch a bullet train to Rome to catch our cruise to the Greek Islands. Besides these efforts, they both made excellent dinner reservations for us and contacted taxis for our trip over to the train station. The location of this hotel is awesome, less than a block to the Ponte Vecchio and thus, close to the Uffiizi Museum and a half mile or so to the Academia and Duomo. Shopping is great on the Ponte Vecchio. We did a private tour of Tuscany seeing several of the hill towns as well as a private winery at their home. We never drink wine at home but must have consumed more wine in a few days than in our entire lifetimes. The rooms are comfortable as we stayed in Room 106--only nine rooms in this boutique hotel--did not use spa but could have ordered a massage. Breakfast was good but our package did not provide but was extended for one evening under that assumption. Thank you to all the staff and cant wait to return to Fierenze. Yours, The Schwabs

New, clean, spacious and very well locatedPosted Jul 11, 2014 on Hotels.com
This is a great place. The suites are big and comfortable. The place is new and modern. Air conditioning is a must in the summer in Florence. It is across the Ponte Vecchio, very well located and walking distance from everything you want to visit in Florence. Two blocks from the hotel there is a very good supermarket where you can buy all you need for breakfast or to cook in the suite's kitchen. Breakfast offered at the hotel is too expensive and not worth it (12euros a day per person). I would return or highly recommend it to anyone.
