I had reserved the room for my daughter and son-in-law. They were on their way home to Florida. I reserved it for the 8th checking in and checking out the 9th. Car problems and bad weather caused them to get to hotel at 6am the morning of the 9th. The desk clerk was at a computer, Until another employee told him my daughter was standing there, he ignore her. His attitute was not friendly, like my daughter was interrupting him. They checked in, my daughter ask if they could check out at 12 instead of 11. He informed her he could not help her to call house keeping at 7:30. She said they were exhausted and were going to bed. He said he could not help to call house keeping. They got up at 10, saw H.K., who told them no problem. Thank God you employ some friendly, thoughtful people. I stay at your hotel a couple times a year. Needless to say I was upset this happen, as I always recommend this Ramada to people traveling.
