“Get what you pay for”

i was looking for the least expensive, no frills, non-filthy place to flop after hours of driving. This is that place. I stayed coming & going. I felt I was given an "out of the way" room because of booking with on-line service. I also noticed from the billboards that I could have payed the same price w/o on-line reservations. The location was very convenient and the room was more than adequate to grab a few hours of rest in a pretty clean space. If travel in this area comes up again I will consider this hotel.

“Toilet over flowed”

Toilet overflowed, but staff quickly moved us to another room. No iron and board, no refrigerator, TV old school. Glad they didn't have and charge extra for the usual bad breakfasts at most hotels. No frills, but clean and slept well.

“Not Impressed with Staff”

So I booked it through Expedia and there was a mistake. They gave me 2 smoking rooms instead of two non-smoking rooms. Due to the way their system was set up, they couldn't simply change it to a non-smoking room. They could only give me other smoking rooms. I tried the smoking room and it smelled awful. When I went back and tried to switch rooms, the woman at the desk was incredibly unhelpful. When I asked to speak to the manager I was told she was gone for the day, even though it was 1:30 in the afternoon. I had to call Expedia, have them cancel the room and then book another room. This is a sad hour of my life I will not get back. Once I got a non-smoking room it was fine, if a little musty smelling. Overall I was a lot more impressed with Expedia's customer service (great job Jose!) than with Red Roof's. I would not stay there again even though it was next door to a waffle house.

“not the greatest but ok for the nite”

The room needed some basic maintenance. The vanity light and outlet did not work. There was no remote for the tv. The shower had little power. There is no breakfast of any kind here, and the coffee was awful.

“Would Return Again”

The services were satisfactory with the exception of the bath towel and wash cloths. The wash cloths were extremely rough and thin. The towels were not up to par but aceptable for our short stay. The surrounding hotel conditions were very satisfactory. The hotel is in an exceptional location with access to major restuarants and fast food places as well as shopping at varies department stores. The hotel personnel were extremely curtious displaying Southern hospitality. We would book this hotel again.

“Good location”

An ideal place to spend the night on the way to a destination: Fair price, clean room, right off the junction of Interstates 95 and 20 and adjacent to a modern mall.

“Good Stop Over”

Pleased with the overall condition and cleanliness of the room. Exception was a faint smell of smoke in the linen. Not over powering. One issue I have with the room is that the sink is outside the toilette room so washing up and brushing your teeth has to be done in the presence of whomever you are traveling with.

“Clean and reasonably priced.”

The hotel staff were very friendly and accommodating. The room was clean and the wireless internet was reliable. My only complaints are that there was no continental breakfast (the lobby did have complimentary coffee, though) and that the room smelled like some kind of strong carpet-deodorizer had been used. It wasn't a bad smell, just a little overpowering.

“Good choice, excellent location”

I stayed for two nights in the hotel. I was very pleased with the accommodations. The location of the hotel was excellent and allowed me several choices for food, entertainement, etc. The people at the front desk were helpful and allowed me to check in without incident.
