Clean and close to everything

Posted Jul 21, 2014
Pros: Clean
Cons: Not enough towels for all 3 people registered. Tried to call front desk at 8 pm and no answer.
Location: Lots of food and shopping and a fitness center near-by.
It's a Red Roof. Nothing exciting. Clean room. Recently updated. No frills.

Not worth it

Posted Jul 21, 2014
Cons: Hospitality needs to improve.
Not worth it for the money we spent for a night as there were no basic necessity provided like tissues, defective bathroom lock, hard pillows, also noisy after midnight. No one would prefer to stay in such a motel for a night with $ 85 tax!!!

Good location

Posted Jul 13, 2014
Pros: location
Cons: Some trash on floor. Soiled bed spread. If the stains don't come out after laundering turn it into dusting rag or throw it away.
Just your standard last min stay after work in the local area. Good location.

Relaxing place to stay

Posted Jul 4, 2014
Pros: Easy on off from I-95, but still quiet once the door is closed.
Cons: No ice in the bins at the hotel.
Great place to stop between FL and VA. No continental breakfast, but comfort and relaxation a plus. Staff is friendly, the room is quiet and bed comfortable. After being disappointed in a few hotels in Santee, SC, we went a little further and enjoyed our over night stay in Florence.

for family over night state is ok

Posted Jun 30, 2014
Pros: Staff was friendly
The staff was friendly and the room was clean. It was a nice place to crash for the night and continue our journey the next morning. It is very close to restaurants and a gas station.

Over all a descent place to crash for the night. Just make sure the previous inhabitant's alarm clock settings are not still active...and set on a station that does not play profanity laced music. Unless you enjoy being woke from a deep slumber, along with your children, after 10 hours of travel, at 5:11 in the morning, by some Deep South rap "mf-ing" it up. If that's the case, more power to you, you're hardcore.

Recent STay

I have stayed here on several occasions. It is the most affordable in the area and has been updated. I think it is great for the price and the sheets are the softest I have slept on which is extremely important to me!

Convenient and comfortable room

Posted Jun 5, 2014
Pros: Very convenient to Florence Convention Center where our meetings were.
Cons: Offer continental breakfast.
Location: shopping, movie theater, convention center, variety of restaurants in walking distance
This was our first stay at Red Roof Inn. Our room was spacious - king bed, desk area, refrigerator, microwave, and a safe. No pool and no continental breakfast.

Only one with vacancy

Posted Jun 4, 2014
Pros: Proximity to Civic Center. The tv screen was really good.
Cons: If there was a complimentary breakfast, that would be nice.
The stairs were a little bit of a challenge, carrying stuff. There's no place to park to check in. Been a while since I stayed somewhere that there was no hair drier, iron, shampoo.
