Absolutely amazing property! The apartment was very comfortable, very clean, smelled good, and beautifully decorated. The breakfast buffet service was EXCELLENT! Wonderful variety and very delicious. Will definitely recommend to family, friends, and will try to stay here again myself. The property has easy access to autostrada as well.

Property has the potential to be 5 star but it appears to be under staffed. Pool is beautiful but many loose tiles poolside make it awkward to walk around. Landscaping/trees/foliage were not cut or trimmed- making them look somewhat abandoned. Dining area had worn down tables and chairs- not rustic but simply outdated. Bbq and pizza oven were not clean. Laundry amenities were not working properly. Apartment was spacious and clean. Overall, certainly would not go back.

My family really enjoyed the stay at Villa Belvedere. The property manager kindly waited for us late in the evening as we were delayed by an accident on the road. The staff was always nice and helpful. Kids loved the pool and the house was spacious, clean and cool during the hot days. Great views and an authentic place. Highly recommend.

The property was beautiful! The area around the pool is really nice and the view is nice. There is nobody actually on site so you need to call if you need anything or have any questions, that was our biggest issue with the place. It is also very far from everything with not many restaurants or groceries near by.

Our room was neat and had a nice view, but the pictures of the pool area appeared to be a little out of date as the hedges are high so there is no view from the pool. The breakfast was great, lots of options and staff were very helpful.

Good for family stay
This was my second stay at the property. The first time was a single room and this time the two-Storey maisonnette. I think the single room is nicer as the second Storey has no separation so it lacks a bit of privacy but it would be great for a family with kids. Otherwise the hosts are friendly and helpful.

Everything was wonderful. Professional staff and nice property with a lovely swimming pool and on-site parking lot. The room was well-equipped with kitchen utensils, stove and oven. TV channels could be improved and, if you have lots of luggage, avoid staying in the tower which has a narrow staircase and no one to help.

Excellent stay, would highly recommend Relais Villa Belvedere. This is a must stay for anyone who is planning on shopping at The Mall. Very clean, beautifully maintained and is overall a very relaxing and spectacular experience.

More an apart-hotel rather than a proper hotel as the hotel you check into is a good 5 minute drive from where you stay. Very near the outlet mall which is why I chose it and secluded and quiet. Comfortable and clean and would go back but maybe in the summer.

Modern Country Chic
I would describe this hotel as modern country chic and looks exactly like the hotels pictures. It was in a great location, off the beaten path. I wouldn't suggest trying to get there or around the area without gps (we used google maps). It is a very quiet and serene property. There were other guests staying at the property, but it remained quiet since most people go into Florence for the day. I would suggest checking out The Mall if you are into designer shopping. It is maybe 20 minutes away and is in another breath-taking location, even if you aren't into shopping.

It was awesome stay where I stayed ever! Nice staff and beautiful view. Everything was perfect. Wifi access is okay but it doesn't work at 3rd floor. In the kitchen it was pretty good. I liked staying in here. I hope to stay one more time.

A true hidden gem
This was a great surprise. I must confess we only booked this hotel for its proximity to the Mall, the premium brand outlet, but we were so happily surprised by the uniqueness of the place. Truly located in the middle of nowhere, this hotel offers a very picturesque insight into Tuscany. We found nice little restaurants offering quality and reasonably priced food (the best we had in Italy) and the hotel itself was a rustic but luxurious building with our 'appartment' decorated in the most tasteful homely European style. A fruit tart welcomed us on the dining table and my favourite Nespresso available in the room. What more could I ask for, a very fast complimentary wifi! The drawbacks could be that one must really drive to access this place and enjoy the area, the place is a little difficult to keep clean given the outside area and there is no lift so please do not bring extra heavy suitcases. Otherwise a great place, highly recommended!!!

Place is quiet with a the beautiful scenary.
My partner and I had a night stay over at Relais Villa Belvedere. In fact it was a pity for not staying for another night! Was welcomed by a friendly staff (i missed his name), or he may be the owner of the place. We were allowed a bigger accommodation in view of their low season, when we have just booked a double room. The place is very clean with facilities available, such as a wide flat screen tv in the big kitchen, wide range of cooking equipment provided to allow proper cooking, a range of organic toiletries, comfortable bedsheets and covers, coming along with high quality bathrobes and towels. View from the open space outside the house is magnificent, overseeing a small old castle and the mountain range from afar. Place is peaceful and quiet, allowing one to be calm and collected, enjoying the beauty of florence under the clear blue sky with stars twinkling across the sky when night falls. It is an easy and short ten minutes drive after exiting the highway. It is a place i would definitely return when i am back in florence! Staff are friendly and helpful, provided service to the extra mile! Thank you!

The boss Daniela is extremely kind. The property with 4 centuries of history is very unique, however there is no restaurant and elevator. Suggest to install a sign with lights so that the customer can find at night. The DIY fresh juice at breakfast is very pleasant.
