Check in was 3:00, we arrived at 4:00 and had to wait in lobby until 5:30 to check in, after being told it would only be 15 minutes. Breaker tripped twice. Went to pool at 9:15 and was told it was closed until 10:30 because it was cloudy. By that time we had to get ready to check out. Very disappointed and will not stay there again. It would have been worth the extra expense to stay at Marriott Shoals, where we have never been disappointed!

Overall stay was great although I was disappointed that there was not a DVD player in the room. For the price a it was expected.

The hotel was great but I do wish there would have been more information about the pet fee prior to us checking in with out pets. There was no information on the reservation page and I had specifically asked for pet friendly hotels. I also think it should be a deposit, in the event there is not damage it should be refunded to the customer, as $100 extra dollars is expensive for two miniature dachshunds who didn't cause any damage and slept in their kennels in our room. In closing the hotel was very clean and the service was great!!
