“Fell in Love”

This was one of the best places we've ever stayed. We reserved the suite on the upper level and it was extremely roomy--with a huge master for us and a separate bedroom for the kids. The hotel staff was extremely lovable and helped us with deciding on places to eat and with making reservations. The location of the hotel could not have been more perfect--steps away from the market, the duomo, and many other sights, restaurants, and shopping. It was also a short walking distance from the train station. The breakfast buffet was a bit limited, but everything was healthy and satisfying. The only thing you must ensure is that you call the staff if you are going to check in past 7:30p.m., as the hotel desk and doors close by 8p.m.

“The Suite Was Amazing”

We stayed in the family suite. It was huge! Two bedrooms, large bathroom and an entry hall and an amazing view of the Duomo--all for a very reasonable price. We could not believe it. The breakfast was very good and the staff was helpful and friendly. The only draw back was the four flights of stairs you had to walk up but we did not mind. We can't image a better place for a family to stay in Florence.
