INCLUDED/NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE Rates are quoted in euros and are per Studio per night; they include complimentary Italian breakfast in a partner facility ,mini bar (soft-drinks), coffee and tea during the stay, Adsl internet line, daily cleaning, bicycles use, swimming pool use, national telephone calls, Cd\Dvds selection, service and the current applicable VAT, presently at 10%. Third bed: 50 euros. Cot free of charge . Our Cancellation policy requires a cancellation to be communicated at least 72 hours before arrival, otherwise the first reserved night will be charged. During Pitti Fairs we request a 2 nights minimum stay and cancellation must be communicated within 2 weeks from arrival. For reservation of 4 Studios or more we require a 30% deposit of the total rate, and cancellation to be communicated within 2 weeks from arrival date to avoid penalty (charge of the first reserved night). In order to guarantee a reservation we kindly ask for a credit card’s details. No smoking.

Reservations are required for massage services. Reservations can be made by contacting the residence prior to arrival, using the contact information on the booking confirmation. All guests staying in hotel guestrooms must be registered with the hotel.
