“Very modern, nice, and updated hotel.”

My wife and I stay from 7/16/11 to 7/19/11. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They spoke great english and answered all our questions. The room was clean. My wife was very impress with the bathroom cleanliness, spacious showers, and the shower heads. Elevator was small so prepare to make multiple trips if you have a large party (3 people or more with one lugage each). The location was perfect, it was a few minutes walk to any major sites. The bed was decent and comfortable compared to other italy hotels we stay at. There spa was being completed, so we did not get to experience. FYI, they do not have a 24/7 front desk service so if you have early check out or late check in (9:30 PM) then you want to plan ahead with them. We have to check out early and had to leave the key at the front desk with a note. As of currently they are trying to contact us, not sur if this is the case....Overall, it was they nicest hotels we stay at during our trip in italy and would recommend it. We would definately return if the opportunities provid.

“Beautiful Hotel in Heart of Florence”

The hotel was beautiful and the rooms were nicely furnished. We could see the top of the Duomo from our bedroom window and it was easy walking to all of the local attractions. I booked this hotel because of the great reviews and the adjoining spa. I was hoping to relax in a sauna or hot tub and was somewhat disappointed in that we never saw the spa or were offered any of the services. I also wish that breakfast was included as this was the only hotel during our stay in Italy that didn't have the breakfast buffett. We could have had breakfast for 2 but there were 4 of us staying in the suite so we opted for the lesser price without breakfast.

“A hidden gem in the center of the city”

San Firenze Suites and Spa greatly exceeded our expectations. The staff at the front desk speak excellent english and are very enthusiastic about helping you in any way. They gave us restaurant recommendations as well as made museum reservations for us. Our room, 403, was a corner suite with a gorgeous view of the Duomo. These accomodations and the friendly staff beat out our stays at the Boscolo hotels in Rome and Venice- both 5 star hotels.

“modern, clean apartment in the heart of Venice”

Paolo met us at the vaporetto stop as scheduled and escorted us to the apartment, which is incredibky located in the heart of Venice. The apartment was clean and modern with a beautiful kitchen to prepare meals in. I wish we could have stayed longer.
