We were very unhappy with the condition of the room. The floor was dirty and the bedspreads did not look clean. We were able to get a refund and go somewhere else so I do appreciate the cooperation of the hotel, and expedias help. I would not recommend this to anyone.

The hotel is relatively old and in need of major room updates. The hotel on the other hand was centrally located and near the business area that I was visiting.

Greeting from staff: "Name?" Door was loose, lock barely worked. Cracks on every wall, large enough for bugs to crawl through. Water vacillates between hot and cold, showering is painful at best. A/C looks like someone put their foot through it, my daughter is still having nightmares from it. Hotel is directly alongside train tracks, the train came through at 4AM and woke the whole family. Drunks arguing at 5AM outside the window, yelling at each other unimpeded. Health department should be called, the place should be shut down. FAKE RATINGS - there is no other way the guest rating could be so high on this one.

Right off the interstate. Room was clean and the staff were helpful. Only stayed one night but will keep in mind for longer stay next year when I head home. Good bargain!

When I arrived to check in they had my rooms messed up. So that took an extra 30-45 mins. to try to straighten out everything. When we called room service to get some more towels for the room that night someone at front desk told us that they were out of towels and would not have any until housekeeping come in at 9:00 the next morning. I never heard or seen anything like this. They were a lot of people hanging around late at night. When we wanted to go to the pool it was full of children and people. The location was great due a lot of restaurants, gas stations, and easy access to interstate. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Everyone has different experience so you have to be the judge.
