The best bed in the world and the pillows were wonderful. The room was beautifully decorated(my perfect colors.) For a one night stay I thought it was a wonderful place to stay over night.

“Desk clerk could be friendlier”

The motel in Florence was adequate. The only unpleasantness was being informed that the pet fee was $10 instead of the $6 fee which was quoted on my itinerary from Expedia. The desk clerk said she didn't know why Expedia quoted the $6 pet fee because it has always been $10. She was not very pleasant and having been a desk clerk once, friendliness makes a big impression.

“It's a hotel for the night”

The location of the hotel was good. Many places to eat and get fuel nearby. For one night's sleep, it was acceptable, but I would not recommend an extended stay at this hotel.

“Nice place to stay when all you want is to sleep and get out”

Standard size room with king size bed. Bathtub was rather narrow, but wide enough to take a shower. The shower head was up high - I liked that a lot! Only problem was lack of elevator - and we were on the second floor. Oh, well,...it was good exercise after a long trip.

“Disappointed”

Our room had an overpowering room deodorizer smell trying to cover up cigarette smoke. The carpet was not clean. The bedding was thread bare and had holes in it. We asked for a first floor room during our reservation but did not get one. We will not be stating there again
