The hotel is located in Via delle Terme 6, Firenze, Italy but guests should check in at Via delle Vigna Nuova 9, Firenze, Italy. Guests can collect their keys Monday-Friday from 10 AM to 5 PM. Trinity Apartments are a 5-10 minute walk from the office address. The hotel, at its own discretion, will not honor reservations for guests arriving after 5 PM.

Guests must contact the office at least 48 hours prior to arrival to arrange key collection. Guests may contact the hotel using the information contained in the confirmation received after booking.

Florence city tax (imposed by the city of Florence): EUR 2 per person, per night, up to 10 nights. This tax does not apply to children under 10 years of age.

“Apartment”

This kind of apartment, the servest not as good as hotel, but stay like in home. Comfortable, enjoyable and the place bigger then hotel. Very nice. But the tissue and towel you need to perpare by yourself anotherwise they will charge you.

“TOO DIFFICULT TO FIND”

This hotel was nearly impossible to find. The registration & key was at a different location. No parking accessibility anywhere closeby!

“Beware extra charges.”

The apartment itself was in a great location, off the beaten path, but close to attractions, such as The David. There is no housekeeping during the visit, and if you didn't bring your own, there is an extra charge for sheets and towels. Otherwise, no complaints.
