Within Walking distance to everything importantPosted Aug 8, 2013 on Hotels.com
The receptionist was kind, helpful, gave us insight into the local history, informed, educated and delightful. They don't give free coffee, but around the corner are some great coffee shops .

Cheap hotel with a cheap feelPosted Jun 21, 2013
Location: I would recommend staying in Flores if you want more to do-am or pm. This hotel is in an unused side street without much around it.
I had booked a couple of hotels in Santa Elena to be close to the airport during our recent travels. This hotel was the last one that we stayed in and was by far the most disappointing. The decor was outdated and the room felt stuffy and yucky. I am easy to please, but after the other hotels that were actually less money, I was disappointed.

Good for Die Hard Frugal PeoplePosted Apr 28, 2013 on Hotels.com
The air conditioner churned away all night. There were no windows, no view, on a main traffic artery. The clerk was accomodating but assured us that there wouldn't be any coffee in the morning. It was within walking distance of a nice shopping mall next to the gangplank of taxi boats who do tours on Lago Flores. The cleaning ladies smiled, were very kind.

Close to the Flores causewayPosted Mar 16, 2013
Pros: Location Nice staff
Cons: Shredded foam pillows
Location: Close to Flores, but cheaper
Pleasant, convenient hotel. Not luxurious, but plain and comfortable. The staff was able to give us our room slightly before check-in time. The desk clerk was very helpful and courteous. Hotel is a very short walk from the Mall and the causeway to Flores, but much cheaper than actually staying on Flores. Pillows not very comfy, but otherwise fine.

Friendly and Great LocationPosted Mar 14, 2013
Staff are very friendly and helpful and the rooms are clean and quiet. Located close to restaurants and the mall and a short walk across to the island of Flores. Would definitely recommend.

Great, relaxing hotel.Posted Mar 10, 2013
Pros: Beautiful courtyard, great service from the hotel staff, nice bathroom with great shower.
Cons: There was nothing I disliked about this hotel.
Location: Location is on a street with an empty lot across from the hotel. Has a kind of dark feel to the street but did not feel unsafe in any way.
Very pleasing hotel. The rooms are very clean and the shower is wonderful. Pool area is nice. Front desk staff is friendly and helpful. Beds were really comfortable. Near a nice, large grocery store. I really liked this hotel.

Perfect for one night stopPosted Mar 4, 2013
Hotel is perfect for one night stop visiting Tikal. Close to airport. Non english speaking personnel. Very slow kitchen services. Pool a little bit dirty. Good enough for a bath and a sleep after visiting tikal
ONE NIGHTPosted Dec 28, 2012 on Hotels.com
It was almost perfect because in this times you always need internet and they offer the service but didnt hae it. The people is very friendly and helpful. You need to make your reservation for how many people no per room.

Clean, safe reliable hotel.Posted Feb 28, 2012
Pros: Wonderful staff
Cons: Bar had no white wine
Location: Ten minute walk to centre of Flores. Area was safe for me to walk around at night by myself.
Nice hacienda hotel located outside of Flores, but withhin easy and safe walking distance to lake and flores. Large clean bathroom with lots of hot water and good pressure. Comfortable beds and working ac. Wifi available and no charge for it. Staff went out of their way to be helpful. Disco noise is a nuisance but it ends at midnight or ask for a room away from disco. Reception staff speak very good English.
