It was a nice experience and hotel. Very good facilities. But the was a very slow checkin process. The jacuzzi was not fully functioning and the were almost no staff around the pool to ask for details.

I had no room upgrade and the VIP reward was ridiculous, they offered me something similar to use for beach chair rent, which makes no sense because I wouldn’t take it to the beach anyway. The first time i stayed in this hotel i had a pleasant experience. Now for the second time, not only they are overcharging guests, the service level has dropped. The female receptionists I dealt with were courteous, but a male front desk representative (It I am not mistaken named THomas,) was a bit rude. The way they organize their breakfast is offensive in a way that someone keeps closing the door, like a bouncer that let me go in and check the ID. If they are concerned people will eat for free, they should have a subtle way to do it.

Good choice in Floripa, very affordable and near an excellent beach. The standard room is somewhat small, next time I would choose the room with balcony

Everything ok. Location was ok near to the beach. The only con is that the free wifi service was so poor that i was not even able to connect.

Good hotel with some drawbacks.
Very nice pool area and the room was big. Unfortunately the air conditioning didn't work well. We also had a problem checking in, since the reseption didn't speak English, only Portuguese and Spanish.

The staff made the highlight for my stay.
The staff was very attentive, most helpful and always smiling. Even though it was off season, the staff was present and working hard to keep the facilities and my room tip top shape. The breakfast was great with a wide spread for everyone's tastes. I highly recommend and I would definitely stay here again.

NYE week stay
Clean and comfortable given the price. Not in the "hottest" part of Florianopolis, but decent value for the money spent. Would prefer to stay closer to or in Jurere if possible, but the hotel is still close to other beaches. One staff member speaks English, the rest Spanish or Portuguese, but all are very nice, helpful, and accommodating. Overall positive experience.

O quarto standard não possui serviço de troca de pratos e talheres, pois o hotel informou que o próprio hospede deve lavar no lavatório do banheiro, visto que esse tipo de quarto não possui pia. Café da manha servido.

Estrutura muito boa, quarto ótimo e grande.. o fato de ter microondas, fogão e pia ajuda muito quando se está com criança pequena. Tudo muito limpo e organizado. Tem parquinho externo, piscina.. café da manhã bem gostoso. Perto da praia e de vários restaurantes, mercado, farmácia.. vale a pena! Pode se hospedar sem medo!

Razoável. O hotel tem uma estrutura muito boa, porém está precisando de uma manutenção urgente. Banheiro com infiltrações, portas quebradas, ar condicionado de janela com filtro super sujos, cozinha estava suja, área do café da manhã possui uma escada na entrada onde debaixo da escada tem tipo uma piscina que estava com a água super turva e com teias de aranhas. Privadas dos quartos estavam com tampas quebradas e mal cheiro no banheiro que parecia vindo dos ralos.

Ótima opção de hospedagem em Florianópolis
Ótima estadia junto ao Belluno Apart Hotel. Funcionários super educados e atenciosos. Devido ao hotel estar vazio, o café da manhã foi mais simples, mas estava tudo ótimo.

Funcionárias da recepção excelente: muito atenciosas, educadas e prestativas. Café da manhã muito bom. Localização do Hotel muito boa, na frente de supermercado e outros estabelecimentos comerciais. Achei que a limpeza, principalmente no quarto e no prédio dos quartos, deixou a desejar. A piscina também estava com água turva e suja. Acredito que merecia mais cuidado nesses itens.
