Location is perfect and in walking distance from all downtown Key West attractions/restaurants. Hotel staff goes above and beyond to be helpful and courteous, ensuring that your stay is as enjoyable as possible.

The location is excellent the rooms are clean and modern, the bed very comfortable. The staff was very nice and helpful. We enjoyed our stay very much, we will definitely stay here again!

Greeted professionally and promptly. Beautifully landscaped. Close enough to Duval street for easy access but just far enough away for a peaceful getaway! Cleanliness was impeccable. All the staff was courteous! The breakfast buffet every morning was unbeatable! I will definately stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone! Great place, location, staff, amenities and well kept resort!

Love this hotel. The location is super convenient to all the action, but the hotel is an oasis with it's beautiful grounds including pool, hot tub, koi pond and eating/lounging areas. Tasty/friendly breakfast and happy hour spreads add to the Melrose Place gathering feel. The rooms are small but very nice. The king bed is comfortable and the shower is a nice treat. We got a room for two and managed to squeeze a blow-up bed in for a child. Great venue for couples and families of 3 (or 4 if you don't mind sharing the king:)) if you're used to small rooms and want the ambience of the hotel, the hot spot location and the reasonable price. Would be a blast for a girls' weekend as well.

Great little boutique hotel. Recently renovated, very clean. Pool just outside the room, nice little pool area. Lovely snacks at Happy Hour and adequate breakfast included. Just a lovely hotel, right off the main drag

Beautiful setting, friendly staff, and good breakfast and cocktail hour. The pool was nice and the bed and bed linens were divine. Excellent!

What a fantastic find! Less than a block from Duvall St and right on Hwy 1, so it's convenient for all Key West locations, but it is so beautifully landscaped in its walled courtyard that it feels cosy and secluded. The waterfall was a brilliant idea, as it covers the traffic noise, and adds to the tropical paradise vibe. The staff were all very friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was good quality. There is free iced water, flavoured with lime or cucumber, available all day by the pool. The bar offers each guest a free pre-dinner happy hour drink each evening, with various snacks to nibble on. The room was on the smaller end of the scale - not a lot of extra room for leaving suitcases around - but the bathroom was great with a good double-headed shower. Yes, this is obviously a converted motel, but the owners have done such a wonderful job with it, who cares? Oh, and there's adequate parking for everyone too. Never underestimate the value of that in Key West!

It was quite expensive but everywhere in Key West seems to be that way. The room was lovely, the free breakfast was great, the staff were helpful, the parking was only $8 a day, check out was at noon which was good for a sleep in. Great location, right near Duval st and right on the corner is an amazing seafood restaurant called 'Black Fin.'

EXCELLENT. We were 8 n traveled in peak season. The staff was warm n showed that they were there to make your visit special. I have been to Key West several times n never stayed here. NOW it is the only place I will stay. Wonderful, fabulous!!

Very small room. Clean but way too expensive for what you got.
