“Very satisfied, great location, excellent staff - Will be back!!”
This was anniversary vacation & our first trip to the Keys, could not have been more pleased. Great location, quiet & peaceful. The standard room was more of a bedroom size, but it was perfect for what time we were there. Lea was a great help, very attentive. Within walking distance to the everything (helps the whole area is 2x4!?!), especially only 2-3 blocks from the beach. Highly recommended & look forward to our next trip. Thanks!
“Very cute!”
An Island Oasis was a great, quiet place to stay away from the craziness of downtown but close enough to walk everywhere. The whole atmosphere was tropical and relaxing and the staff made sure everything was taken care of.
“Great Bed and Breakfast”
Perfect for our overnight stay in Key West. Much help w/sightseeing plans, restraunts, etc. Convenient walk to main street where everything is. Pool is more like a hot tub size. Very nice comfortable B&B.
“Very nice, private”
Staff couldn't have been nicer or more helpful. Set up all of our day trips. Room cleaned everyday. In the quiet part of town, but close enough to walk everywhere.
“A must for the easy going traveler!”
My fiance and I are laid back, casual and do not need a lot. Especially when we are on vacation in a place that begs for you to be walking around outdoors. That being said, An Island Oasis was wonderful. The small quaint room was not only cute and comfy, but had everything we needed and more. Microwave, microfridge, queen sized bed, TV, coffee maker, even a small personal fan if we needed - plus a personal bathroom. The breakfast served every morning outside was a great way to start the day and talk about the adventures we would have. Every time we would return for the day our room was picked up, bed made, and cleaned (even though I usually don't think this is necessary, it was very nice).
“Excellent place to stay!”
I really enjoyed the three-day stay at 'An Island Oasis' with my wife. First of all, it is a very comfortable place like our home. We could walk around the southern old town attractions and the 'Duval' street in Key West every day and night as well as the southernmost point. The manager is very nice and kind for our visit and travel. You don't have to worry about the 'must-do'. The manager introduces all about it. The complimentary breakfast was wonderful every morning. It is also very convenient for parking and nearby stores across the street. I would absolutely recommend to my friends to stay here. I would choice here for the next time too. You could enjoy the calm and peaceful spirit of Key West!
“My new "favorite place to stay" in Key West”
I absolutely loved the quaintness of this B&B. The gardens made me feel like I was in my own back yard. Staff was very friendly and attentive. Great location. Everything is in walking distance. Was only home for 8 days when I scheduled our next visit.
“Quaint and serene lil bed and breakfast :-)”
This lil bed and breakfast was very quaint. I would recommend the cottage they have because everything is very quiet in the main house. The only thing I was uncomfortable/unsure about is they leave your name/keys in the mailbox for check in if you come after about 4pm. That's very unsecure in this day and age yet as long as this lil area remains safe, I guess it's not really that big of a deal. Overall, it was a very enjoyable stay and I would prefer to stay there again if I return to Key West. Not to mention, the continental breakfast was so serene. The hostess made me feel comfortable unlike some places. Good job!
“A Great Choice”
Great attention to detail in cleanliness and comfort. Room was cozy but immaculate and lacked nothing... Good Privacy too! Exceeded my expectations. Very nice property located in a quiet area, short easy walk to Duval St. with complimentary parking. .......Highly Recommended.
“Very Quiet”
Hotel was very nice. Stayed in a private cabin off of the main house. Well worth the extra few dollars a night. This hotel is 400 yards from the Southernmost Point bouy. The only negative was the mile walk to the busy part of Duval. The peacefulness of the hotel was worth it. Would definitly stay at this hotel again.
