“The Authors/Can't wait to go back!”

The Authors is a quirky little B & B in Key West. My friend and I were wanting to experience a bit of the "Old Key West" in our brief stay there, and The Authors provided that. It was near enough to Duval Street to walk (if one had wanted to), and within easy biking distance of the harbor and Duval Street.

It was great for us! At the moment we arrived at, I thought this lodge is fancy. But after we entered, we realized that the room is clean and Comfortable. If we have an opportunity to go to Key West, we would like to stay there again.

this is a family business with many features. the house is clean and everything reflects the owner's particular taste. I would like to book again in the future. The only inconvenience is that the office hour is from 8~5, a little too early for the late arrivals.

location is perfect and this little hidden jewel is just plain fun. Stayed 2 nights and it was cozy and the hot tub was great. Price was the best in Key West and if you like b & b's author's is a winner in all aspects !!

“Key West”

This is a great little guest house. The rooms are clean and individually decorated according to their names. The staff was super friendly. Free wifi and parking pretty convenient to all of Key West.

The location of the hotel is very convenient. People there are very helpful. The free breakfast is OK. But the internet was broken during the night we stayed.

“Relatively Inexpensive B&B Well Off Tourist Track”

I would recommend this to my friends who are not expecting a hotel-like experience. This is a small guest house in a residential part of town where you'll need a bike or be able to walk distances (or afford pedicab/taxi rides). The place is quiet (except when neighbors were rowdy), and the staff is friendly/helpful. There's a small hot tub/pool and outdoor seating areas. The breakfast was nothing special (store bought bagels, hot pots of coffee). The TV offers no premium channels, but the wifi is fast and reliable (and included in the price). Room had a book shelf with "the authors" titles included. My favorite things were the interesting homes/walks around the area, short walk to some very good restaurants/bars, and nearby markets including Fausto's Food Palace and Five Brothers.
