Great location and a beautiful property. Pool was a little cold to use but it was nice and clean. Breakfast with fresh cut fruit was amazing. Staff was very helpful and friendly

“Charming”

From the moment we arrived, the hotel clerk Kirby was extremely friendly and very helpful on our journey around Key West. The hotel itself is beautiful, and very well maintained. Their continental breakfast was delicious, especially the home made muffins. It was a quiet stay, which was nice after a long day down the busy Duval St. Overall we are definitely coming back, and were very pleased with our stay.

Let me state this first. If you want a spacious room, don't book here. However, if you plan on being out and experiencing the town and won't be spending a lot of time in the room, then this place is great. The staff is awesome. They will help you find anything and will make reservations (i.e. dinner/excursions) for you. It is centrally located. Just a short walk to Duvall St. It's clean and quiet.

“Exceeded Expectations”

We were celebrating my husband's 60th birthday and thoroughly enjoyed the 5 nights we spent at Azul. Located several blocks from Duval, Azul is accessible to all the key attractions and has ample parking should you choose to rent a car, but better yet rent a bike! Our room was small, yet extremely clean and we enjoyed late afternoon dips in the pool before strolling to nearby restaurants for dinner. Innkeepers Michael and Becca were exceptional, sharing information and insights on various tour options, dining suggestions, and bike rentals. Daily breakfast consisted of coffee/tea, cereal, fresh fruit, muffins, soft boiled eggs and toast. Rooms don't come with a mini-fridge, however, they provide a small cooler for your use and an ice maker is on-site. If you are looking for all the amenities of a name-brand resort hotel, look elsewhere. If laid back charm in a quiet and relaxing setting is your style, this is an excellent value.

“Azul Key West-nice B & B”

The only bummer was the noisy air conditioner. The neighborhood chickens were a hoot! The B & B breakfast was the same each day. Adequate but not very creative. The staff was very accommodating.

“Best Place to Stay in Key West”

Just came back from the Azul in Key West for our honeymoon. We viewed on line. Everything was exactly as described. We chose the third floor Aria Suite. As per the web site, there was a narrow metal spiral staircase to get up to the suite. Bags were a little tricky, but WELL WORTH THE EFFORT. You have the whole third floor to yourself. Private balcony and great view. Pool was very private with sun or shade. Michael the host could not have been any better. Made sure we had breakfast when we needed to leave on a plane for the Dry Tortugas before normal breakfast hours. Filling, frest breakfast with no need to eat until lunch. Location is best in Key West. Bicycle rental next door. No need for car or motor scooter. Ask about "locals" eateries. Quite and away from the noise of downtown but only a short bike ride or walk away. Neighborhood very safe even late at night. Laundry across the street that did a load of whites for us half way through trip. The third floor room has its quirks...the walls and ceiling are slanted at various angles. Shower ok, but small due to weird angle of roof line in the shower. No room for two to shower together (I said it was our Honeymoon!). We had a fantastic trip and would return in a heartbeat. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

“Azul Key West”

We arrived after hours however key was available with detailed instruction. Everything was beautiful and met our expectations. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was basic but adequate. I would recommend this place to anyone and I look forward to returning.

We were so impressed with this hotel & even more so the staff! It's a beautiful, clean, quiet hotel. Close to enough to walk to Duvall, and as a bonus, the hotel was extremely quiet! We never heard people in the other rooms through the walls or walking around outside. Michael is so friendly & gives wonderful recommendations, and is also really helpful when you lock yourself out of your room! We had a great time & the next time we're back in Key West this is the only hotel we will stay at!

“great experience”

My wife and I stayed here for three nights. We loved it! Our room was small but it was perfect. It was just a short walk from Duval Street and all of the action. Michael was very nice and helpful. He made reservations for us and called taxis for us as well. The Aveda products in the bathroom was also a nice touch. When we go back we plan on staying here again!
