Excellent hotel especially for the price!Posted Oct 17, 2014
Cons: stronger air conditioner
Room was beautiful and clean, though a bit on the older side. I doubt you can find a better value in Key West. We rented bikes and the front desk had them delivered for us, we rode them into "downtown" Key West every day and didn't have to move our car. The property is nicely shaded and quiet so a great place to get away from the craziness downtown.

Hotel needs updatingPosted Oct 14, 2014
There was no bar no lunch or towels as advertised. And you could not go in the water on the private beach

Bare basic hotelPosted Oct 11, 2014
Cons: The reception-hotel lobby should have 24 hr service. The rooms need to be updated. The breakfast should include real food and a place to eat.
Location: We went and had dinner at the Hot Tin roof, great restaurant. We did a boat tour and visited a uninhabited Island. Toured the city, went to a beach.
We booked 2 double beds but got a king? Reception told us it was an expedia error, I had a print out of the reservation. Why lie? The room was old and musty, the tub had been reglazed and was somehow peeling, it had a big red streak through it. there was a hole punched into the bathroom door. There was no elevator, we had to lug our bags up to the 2nd floor. We went out for the evening returning at 11:15 pm and neither of our room card-keys worked. Had to go back to the reception through the parking lot only to find that they do not have anyone at the desk after 11pm and not until 7am?? There was a phone number left on the door we called it and waited 10 min for someone to come and open the door. The breakfast was terrible, only white bread, chemical pancakes and jam available. The tea and apple were the only things that were real food. It was so bad, there were no tables indoors to sit at, only sofas. The tables were set up outside and it was 90 degrees and humid out there already at 9am, The tables and chairs by the pool were moldy, falling apar and old. Overall this was a very bad experience. A bad hotel, nothing like the pictures for sure.

It was OK....just OKPosted Oct 11, 2014
Pros: Clean room and bigger than most.
Cons: Check- in parking, tables for breakfast.
Location: Nothing near-by. At least a 10 minute car ride to anywhere the action is.
Hotel rooms were way in back of the office. There was no where to park near the office when we checked in, so a good walk was required. Breakfast was just OK in a conference room with only 2 tables. So sitting and eating without a table top nearby was a bit uncomfortable. Room was nice and clean and bigger than expected. All the downtown stuff was a good 10 minute car ride. Next time I would get a room closer to the action. All in all, a good deal at the price we got. Everything else was 50 bucks a night more.

Pros: The pool.
Cons: A/C not working well, smelly rooms
I booked for two double beds, upon check in I was told "oh sorry were out of them" I was with a male relative, Needless to say very uncomfortable when one had to sleep on the floor.

The Place was comfortable the pool clean and wonderful to swim in. We had a great view of the pool and a Balcony to sit out on. Room had a toilet that ran all the time and the electric plug by coffe pot and microwave did not work. I reported it at check out and they said maintance would make sure to correct those items.

Its ok if you have petsPosted Sep 1, 2014
We did not know it was pet friendly, and next door to us there was a dog barking all night long.
