Descent hotel.

Posted Jul 27, 2015
Pros: great view of the pool. It was close to restaurants and stores. There was an area to relax and watch the boating on the ocean which was nice.
Cons: Having a running toilet. You don't need the mosquito netting or the bamboo bedposts. This isn't Gilligan's Island. LOL
Location: I spent most of my time on Duval street or engaging in activities, but there were restaurants and stores nearby.
It was a descent room with a great view of the pool. The toilet didn't work very well. The exterior was shabby looking. If you want a cheap hotel then I'd recommend it. It's alright for a first time time, but next time I go I will look for something closer to Duval Street.

外観は年季がはいった感じでしたが部屋は綺麗でベットがすごい素敵でした。 プールもあり静かでゆっくりできました。

Ved strand med solnedgang uten bademuligheter

Posted Jul 8, 2015

Well located, easy to drive to.

Posted Jul 8, 2015
Pros: It offers free parking and its location. Has a beautiful ocean view at the back but the beach is not for bathing.
Cons: The pool 's water was heated on a hot summer day and we could not use it. Newer furniture in rooms and replacing the rugs. Breakfast room.
Location: Location is excellent if you are driving to Key West with plenty of restaurants and accessible to interesting places to visit.
For a one night stay hotel is OK. Rooms are spacious. Furniture is very old and should be replaced. Rug in bad shape, should also be replaced. Needs paint in hallways and banisters. They offer free breakfast but we had a hard time finding the room they use for this. They should at least have a sign outside the door stating that's the place. No tables and chairs, except for one small one with two chairs, were available to sit at breakfast. We had to inquire around to find the room. The young man at the check-in office was extremely nice and helpful. We didn't meet any other staff members.

Very close to the beach, but....

Posted Jul 5, 2015
We found black mold on the shower ceiling and hair/oily tinted foundation and/or sunscreen on the blowdryer handle. The room could have been cleaner, but it's a convenient location away from the bussle of Duval St.

Older Resort

Posted Jul 1, 2015
Pros: It was reasonable, easy to find, and convenient for our needs.
Cons: It's condition is a bit run down but the staff is always helpful and attentive to your needs.
Location: It is near the Sears shopping center, on the main highway to take you to downtown, and close to the connector for the west side of the island.
This is a resort that caters to adults, not children. It is near the water, provides a continental breakfast, and is at a quiet location. We have stayed here several times and have been happy with the staff and relaxed feel of the resort.

Old and Dirty!

Posted Jun 26, 2015
We booked this hotel for 1 night, 1 room with 2 bed. Upon arrival to the hotel, they only had a room with 1 bed. To accommodate us, they put us is a "suite". We entered the door to the suite and the smell of mildew punched us in the face. This room was disgusting! The paint on the walls were bubbling and cracking, the furniture was from the 1970's, There was a dead bug on the floor and the old TV (which weight about 50+ lbs) was sitting on top of a flimsy wicker dresser that rocked back and forth. At this point, we went back to the office and told them this place was completely unacceptable. The were very nice and did everything they could to accommodate us, considering what they had to work with. We were then moved to another room, that opened up, with 2 beds. This room at least smelled better, but was very dirty. I wouldn't even touch my bare feet to the filth stained carpet. In a nut shell, I seriously doubt the owner(s) of this property invested $1 in this property since it was built, many, many, many years ago!

Very nice setting, pool and view.

All was good once we moved to another room. The first room lock stopped working so we had to transfer all our items to another room. The hotel compensated us very well. Thank you Exspedia
