The staff was amazing! Clean rooms and the transportation to and from the airport with their shuttle was very convenient and shuttle to downtown was a plus. Their shuttle drivers were the nicest people. clean rooms and pool area was wonderful. Will stay there again!

When we first arrived we were a little put off that the beaches were so far away. Once we rented a golf cart for the week, was awesome. We loved going to the beach, Duval St. and other attractions, but being able to return to a nice quiet place was the best!

Overall we had a fantastic time - loved our large, beautiful family room and the pool. Be aware that you are right next to the airport though and planes land and take off regularly. The thing that bothered us the most was the amount of plastic waste at breakfast. The hotel only provided plastic cups, plastic cutlery and paper plates. So bad for the planet and absolutely unforgivable these days! This would be reason enough for us not to stay there again unfortunately!

Quiet hotel without a lot of frills. But, the room was nice and big and clean. Nice little balcony. Pool area was nice too with a poolside bar with music. Shuttle service was convenient .

The view is spectacular. The only possible negative for some people may be the airport noise. It wasn't an issue for us, and we plan to go back next year.

Staff were so helpful with anything we needed. Appreciated the free shuttle down to the waterfront. The breakfast was plentiful and very good. Our room was so spacious with a great view. Would highly recommend!

Overall great experience and amenities. The staff was very hospitable and friendly. The only thing I did not enjoy was the complimentary breakfast, it was very unappetizing.

We spend the whole weekend without tv and internet. I called the front desk and the lady told me that the guy was supposed to come and he never showed up. On the next the I went personally to the front desk and told them what was happening the lady at the front desk told me he will be there in 15 minutes, I waited for him for 2 hour he never showed again, so I went back to the front desk and told the lady again, She was surprised when I told her that the technician had not come, then she told me that she would call him to his personal cell and finally he came and told us that the internet box was broken and he has nothing to do so we expend the whole weekend without tv and internet. My question is did I pay this hotel for not having those service included?

Great staff, bar was crowded at times and could’ve used a second bartender. The gym facility is great, but I wish they had a piece of weightlifting equipment other than the dumbbells. Would definitely go back, not criticizing just suggesting cause you asked!

Place was nice , rooms were basic. A little far from all the action , did have to take ubers alot. The free shuttle could not get on, needed to sign up a head of time so did not use. Nice pool and bar area with food availble to purchase. Free breakfast was a plus. Over all a nice place!

Pool area was nice as so was the hotel room. Housekeeping does minimal and the pool could have been a little cleaner. The shuttle is very convenient to take down town however not reliable to get back. Shuttle driver Brad did a great job ensuring guests who were waiting for the shuttle ride first got on before belligerent guests trying to cut in line. The airplanes are a little annoying while outside the hotel but not much of an annoyance while in the hotel.

Refrigerator not working took 3 days to get it fixed. The shuttle was convenient to get to downtown and airport had to wait for pick up because it was only 10 seats and was always full. 45 min wait. Pool opens at 8 no towels available until 10. Pool could have used more lounge chairs to accommodate everyone. The temperature of the water was comfortable. The breakfast was convenient . It was nice to have a bar and food to eat. The bikes for rent were very poor quality. They were rusty and the breaks on one of them didn’t work. The beds were comfortable but the air conditioner blew right onto the bed and it made it difficult to sleep with air blowing on your face All night. Loved the balcony. Was convenient to have someone available to book excursions.

This is the place . On the ocean , free delicious breakfast. Super modern rooms and master bath . Smart tv including Netflix. Free shuttle downtown and back and 2 free craft beers or mixed drinks at the pool bar for every nights stay. I wished I booked my entire week stay here. I attempted a 2nd night stay however they were sold out

Our room was nice. When they say ocean view.....it means a lot of things. We had a nice view of the ocean. The staff were not very friendly or helpful. The person manning the tiki hut was new and left alone and he was struggling. I was not happy with the price of the room and the service we got for that price.

Property has non smoking signs in rooms, breezeways and other areas and people smoke everywhere especially their patios and pool area. Just gross. Maid lifted our free drink pass from room which was very disturbing. Free Breakfast was watered eggs and frozen omelettes. I gave this place three stars for the amazing shuttle driver and bartender at pool- both amazing!!

I'm glad I selected this Hampton Inn for my stay in Key West. I had hesitated a bit on booking because of its proximity to the airport, but that really didn't present a problem in the end. My likes are the fact that my room was serviced every day, the shuttle service to downtown Key West, the 2 free bottles of water and 2 free beverages each day, and a very friendly and helpful staff. Having an almost daily concierge was a great plus for help with arranging tours. The only drawbacks I found at this property were the small size of the dining area for a hotel of this size, and that there was only one shuttle stop in Key West. It took me a couple of days to figure out the best time to go down to breakfast. It was a good thing I like to walk, because I had to do plenty to get from the shuttle drop off to Duval St. I have stayed in many Hampton Inns around the country, and I rank this property as excellent.
