Parfait pour plusieurs personnes (2 salles de bains, laveuse et sécheuse, trois chambres, cuisine, salle à manger et salon). Vue sur la mer. Propreté pourrait être mieux dans les salles de bains.

Not a nice hotel

This shouldn't be called neither a hotel nor a resort. Stay away.

Good for what we needed but a needs a little TLC

Posted Feb 12, 2015
Couldn't find the hotel initially, the gentleman on reception said that the sign had blown down and they were yet to put something else up. The apartment was nice however I found someones food container in my room which wasn't cleaned away either before or during my stay which was a little disappointing. For the price point in the area it isn't a bad option at all and the restaurant beside the resort is pretty good! I would thoroughly recommend the pizza, great service too!

Great view

Posted Feb 11, 2015
Pros: The view.
Cons: Furnishings and towels. The kitchen is upgraded with granite and stainless steel, looks like they ran out of money for the rest of the improvements.
Location: This is the north end of Marathon, about 90 minutes from Key West.
This is a typical, old school, Keys hotel. The room was clean, however it was not fabulous. A few broken items and missing towel bars, but nothing offensive. The living room area could use some TLC and new couches. I am a towel snob, I would bring my own next time. You stay here for the view which is amazing, I loved having two sets of french doors to open up the view. I didn't use the pool, but it looked clean. The beach area is maintained. I guess that is where the "resort fees" are hard at work. The outside signage is a ripped piece of material and covered by trees, I suggest you look for the resort next door with clear signage. Very friendly staff, accommodated for a late arrival.

Not a 2.5 star hotel.

No ice; no telephone; ancient TV; dilapidated sign; abandoned vehicle on site; beach area under construction; requested 1 King, got 2 Queens; pool condition? So much for Expedia's big surprise. The room was fine; actually a suite. We asked for a single room; one night.

disappointed in hotel stay

Posted Dec 28, 2014
Pros: getting out
Cons: change management
Location: beautiful location
when we checked into the hotel the couch was missing a leg. I requested a handicapped bench for the shower they gave me a stool but the shower was enclosed in a tub and was impossible to get into the shower with the sliding doors. next there was thee televisions one did not work. the other one image was very poor the third which was very small was ok. they had a dispenser for filtered water and ice .which did not work. We checked into the hotel after 9.00 pm We mentioned all our concerns to the manager about 9.30 pm She told us to find another hotel considering My wife and I are handicapped with out trying to address our concerns. this is the worst customer service I have ever encountered . even when we were checking out they would not allow us another half hour to take our things out of the room. these people should not be in the hospitality business.they should not be dealing with the public!!!!!!!

Creepy place

Posted Dec 25, 2014
We reached there about 8 pm. There is no sign posted for the hotel. We had to go to the Sandy grass hotel to check in. We got a three bedroom condo for the price and it was a surprise. There is not much light to see the place. We walked into the room and it was full of fish stench. We could not sleep. The condo construction was really nice but the tiles were very dirty. The sofa was so dirty. This place is a one star hotel.
