“great hotel and great staff”

when we first checked in we had a problem with our door lock we couldn't get in our room, so they moved us to a new room and upgraded us to a suite, After that everything was perfect the staff is friendly and helpfull the resort is outstanding. Their peir was taking out by IKE but thats no in there control and was not a big deal casue there is a public peir 100 feet away. We are talking about going back in a few months and this will be the place i stay.

I chose the Casa Marina Resort based on their location, web site and reading reviews from others. Upon arrival we were greeted by friendly, helpful and professional staff. Our checkin went very well. There was a slight mixup with our luggage but was resolved by a manager who apologized profusely. Casa is a great place to spend a vacation. We were there for 5 days and the staff continued to be customer focused. They were pleasant and could not do enough for you. Facility was clean, room (not waterfront) clean and sufficient for a hotel. Two beds but only one comfortable chair. Overall for the time spent in the room very nice. The food was excellent. Service outstanding. Facility absolutely wonderful. Location excellent. Casa Marina Resort would be my first choice again when I return to Key West.

“A top-notch resort”

On the quiet side of Key West, this is a great property for rest and relaxation. Entire staff could not do enough to make our stay pleasant. Would definitely stay here again.

“Beautiful hotel”

The hotel is updated and very modern. It is beautiful! It was also very clean. Just watch out for the pigeons...we had one outside our window.

Everyone at this hotel was superb; they were genuinely courteous and helpful. All the staff was very attentive to any of our needs. We had so much fun staying here. The grounds are absolutely beautiful and well maintained. The dual swimming pools were fantastic as well as the buffet and pool bar/restaurant. We will definitely return.

“Old world glamor with new age conveniences”

We went here for our honeymoon and loved it so much that we came back for our one year anniversary! We had a suite the first time, but I definitely recommend the room that we had 272, second floor in main building with private veranda!

The hotel was fantastic, much better than expected. The wife and I are pretty well travelled and we thorght this Casa Marina complex was up there with the best we have stayed in. A great hotel, nice friendly staff.

“Fun in Key West”

Beatiful location overlooking the ocean. Within few blooks of Duval St, the main "drag." Very relaxing, and low key. Would definitely go back.

“Impeccable Honeymoon”

I chose this location when I was searching for a honeymoon trip. This was my first time at key west and casa marina resort was absolutely impeccable! I went in October 2010, so the weather was just perfect! We spent three nights here, and they have outstanding service. The food is a little pricey but it is totally worth it. Me and my wife ate dinner on the beach one night, they provide all types of water sports and what they dont have the concierge can refer you to. It is very peaceful, however it is not far at all from the action and nightly events on duval st. We rented a double bike one night and a double scooter two more nights. Get a scooter, it will be so easy to maneuver around the island. Dont rent a car, it will be hard to park in the most areas! The room was wonderful with an excellent view, We got a grand suite! The only thing about it, was that the floors were tile floors so they were always cold. But if you have slippers or flip flops, you will be fine. I would definitely come here again, it is worth every penny. The staff are very friendly, both inside and outside. This is the perfect getaway, you will feel like you are on a totally different planet, I know we did! The wife was very pleased and very impressed!
