“The unquestioned jewel of the Keys.”

What an amazing place! The grounds are immaculate, the ocean views stunning, the room was elegant, amazingly clean and comfortable, and the staff could not have been nicer. So much to do at Cheeca you don't even have to leave the grounds, but if you do, you are right in ten middle of every water activity imaginable. We went to Marathon and Key West on this trip, but the next time we come to the Keys Cheeca will be our only stop.

This was our second trip to Cheeca Lodge. The first trip, two years ago, was fantastic, so we were really looking forward to seeing the renovated facilities. We were not disappointed. The rooms are even better; very clean, fresh, and comfortable. The grounds are beautiful, as always. The main lobby building has been updated, with a new restaurant and an improved layout. The renovations definitely were an upgrade. The only negative is that it can be difficult to get service at the pool area. It seemed that they were a bit understaffed most days, with one or maybe two waitresses handling the entire pool area. I know this has been brought to the attention of management there, so I expect them to rectify this quickly. The waitresses they had were great, it's just that there weren't quite enough of them. This is a great place for families. With all of the activities included with your resort fee, there is something for everyone. We highly recommend Cheeca Lodge, and can't wait to get back again soon.

Was really nice, the resort fee include some water sports, bicycles, movies for rent, fishing rods, etc..and is a beautiful place!!! The staff more of them were really kind and helpful.

“Wish I could have stayed longer”

From the moment we walked in throughout our stay we were pampered and repected. They took the time to remember us as we walked through the lobby; I felt that personal touch as they seemed to greet us each day by name. It was not just a hotel. We had a minor repair with our bathroom and within 10 minutes someone was there to assist or ready to move us if need be, super service! Repair completed quick and neat no need to move. Can't ask for more, wish I could have stayed longer.
