“Amazing”

This wonderful hotel was perfect from the moment we stepped on the grounds. The rooms were clean, the service was relaxed yet highly professional, and the grounds were perfectly maintained. Not to mention that they work as unto the Lord Jesus, hence creating an amazingly concerened team that genuinely cared for us in every way. If you are considering Marathon - Look nowhere else.

“very cozy stayed in cottage nice”

We had a cottage that was hooked on to another cottage never saw the hotel rooms cottage nice full fridge, and stove and oven. they didn't clean the floors much only bad thing and had to ask to change bedding very nice people would definitely stay there again. Very comfortable not fancy but welcomed

“Old-school Keys Resort”

We had a very nice stay here in one of the effciency rooms. It was clean, comfortable and everything in the room worked, although a ceiling fan would be a nice addition. The pool was nice, and there is a little 'sunset' beach a short walk from the main part of the resort. The airport is right next door, but it didn't keep us awake and it was actually kind of cool to watch the planes come and go from the pool area. Sure, you could spend three times the money and have more luxurious accomodations, but you lose that old time Keys flavor if you do that. If you want to go old-school Keys, this is a great place to do it.

“Roadside Gem”

This was a perfect roadside motel in the keys. Pastel painted, palm tree sporting little slice of heaven. After snorkeling on the reef, it was awesome to crash at a pad that was SO cozy. We were also able to put our leftover Waffle House in the fridge and warm it up for breakfast. We stayed only one night, but would stay for a whole week!

“Can't wait to go back!”

I enjoyed my stay at Coconut Cay very much. The managers and employees were so helpful and friendly that I planned my trip for one night and ended up staying an extra night. For Officers--there is a special rate!! =) They love us there. The hotel is beautiful, colorful, clean and I loved the landscaping. It was cozy and it is great for family. Everything is nearby!!! Winn Dixie, K-mart and you are in the half way point to the Key West. About two miles away look for Jerry's Charter (I think) for ski rentals. They charge $85.00 an hour which is unheard of in the keys. They go for 100 and up. I have always used Expedia for traveling and not once have I written about a hotel, but for this one, I just had to because of the exceptional hospitality. I visit the keys often and I had never experienced such exceptional service. Everytime I visit the Fla. Keys I will ALWAYS stay at Coconut Cay.

loved this hotel;is an older hotel but well maintained and very charming!the people there are so nice;would recommed this to anyone wanting a stress-reducer!

“Best for Less!”

I really had a great time here in Marathon. I wished i could have stayed a bit longer but I am looking forward to going back. It was great for recreation with my wife and son, there is shopping near by which was very convenient. The room was awesome, it got a little crowed when my daughters found out my location decided to crash. Although it wasn't a new hotel, the room was very clean, on the water, and great for fishing.

“Enjoyed My Stay”

I really enjoyed my stay at Coconut Cay. We booked on Expedia last minute to get a great rate; and pretty much just shopped on price; since we only needed a 1 day stay. The place was clean, comfortable, quiet, and lots of open space to relax; and the pool although not heated was large and clean. Since we only stayed 1 day; we pretty much used the place to sleep, swim, and do a fast BBQ. So much to do in Marathon that you don't really hang out at the hotel. If you need lots of activities at a hotel, in-house restaurant, tennis, or any of that ; then find a different place. We rented the basic room which had 2 beds, mini fridge, and microwave; if you are staying for more then a few days and need a kitchen and a slightly larger room ; then go for the Dockside Kitchen. Thanks Expedia for the great rate and we will use this hotel again

“Unique Hotel with great service and a great atmosphere.”

We were late arriving and the owner was so nice about it. He went to our efficiency and turned on the ac for us and hid a key so we could arrive any time without stressing. Then, he ended up staying and waiting for us until almost an hour after the office closes. Very sweet owners and employees. We took our English Bulldog with us and they are very fet friendly. She had a great time on vacation too. There are two beautiul parrots at the hotel and the owner lets you hold them and play with them. They even ate right from my mouth. Wonderful experience. The room was a bit warmer than we would have liked but other than that it was a great stay for us.

“Cant wait for next year”

The resort I stayed at was smaller than a big fancy hotel but was very nice. The atmosphere was perfect for the trip and was centrally located in the keys so I was able to go anywhere I wanted without having to spend the whole day in the car. The workers were very helpful and a joy to speak with. I would recommend this hotel for anyone.
